This must have been our 10th stay at this hotel, and each one is unique. I'd almost go so far as to say it feels like coming home, except you don't have to cook for yourself. It's the island's location and charm that make it unique, and if you take off your tourist glasses, you'll realize what a unique place it is. A place where you can also find friends for life. As in our case. But please find out for yourself. Enjoy the good cuisine that is not difficult to find and be interested in the history of the region - the rest will happen naturally.

There is nothing to write at this point except that you will never be able to please some people, but we are certainly not among those people.

The hotel was newly built within the structure of an old factory, preserving the industrial character in its design, something we really appreciated. Everything felt fresh, modern, and very clean. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, where a bus to Venice departed every 15 minutes. We dined twice at the hotel’s restaurant and were impressed by the high quality of the food. Regional specialties were also served, which I personally enjoyed. Our room was spacious, featuring a comfortable armchair and a desk, adding to the overall convenience and comfort.

We had a room with a terrace, which was a nice feature. However, due to the presence of pigeons and seagulls, there was quite a bit of droppings on the terrace, which made it feel a bit unclean.

NH Murano Villa is a beautiful and light building with a gentle industrial feel offset by lovely outdoor space, a beautiful terrace overlooking the laguna, plush sofas and artwork on the walls in the communal areas. The rooms are spacious, elegant and light and some have views of the laguna while others have beautiful terraces. The location is ideal to sightsee and go to Venice, because the hotel is in walking distance from all the amenities in Murano and very well connected both for public and private water transport. The hotel restaurant is lovely, the food delicious and the hotel is also right next to a lovely and pictoresque restaurant lit up by colourful glass lanterns. The staff is excellent, extremely patient and helpful, in particular Elisabetta and Matteo who looked after our family, my sister’s family and some friends with kindness, patience and good humour.

The location is very good. Transfers are easy. There are small ferries from Colonna close to the Hotel. You can use two different ports(Murano Navagero and Museo) to walk to the hotel. Google acts like you are a messenger and walk on the water..but they are ferries it refers to you like walking... Walking is like 1.2 km from colonna port to the hotel. Rooms are clean and nice like all other NH hotels. Restaurant is very good and food is delicious. From the terrace you can both see Burano and Venice, which is nice..

Although you pay the same amount of money for each day you stay there is only one bottle of water free of charge in your room for the first night you stay. I found it weird since it is just a bottle of water. Surely, we get it from the bar, and it is not about 5, -EU that we pay extra, but it is the idea of they needed us to pay 5, -EU extra. So, this message is not for the other visitors but for the NH Hotels. It is a ridiculously small thing but affects perfection.

The hotel, a former glass factory, is excellent, modern, very comfortable and very well positioned, with nice outdoor spaces, and a great terrace overseeing la laguna. The rooms with laguna view are modern, silent, well decorated, large, and with a stunning view. The mattress is perfect. Our bathroom had a bath tube. The morning sun lights up the room. Breakfast is solid and also accompanied by nice views of the laguna. Focaccia was very good. Art pieces enrich the garden. Staff was extremely caring and helpful, and offered an upgrade to a larger laguna room.

The buffet breakfast can definitely improve. All sweet products (croissant etc) appear to be frozen. It is a pity in Italy. The choice of cured ham and cheese can improve in number and quality. Products should be refilled until breakfast closure, not before. Also the quality of juices could improve.

Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant, though with some notable pros and cons. What impressed us: • The location is excellent—peaceful, quiet, and perfect if you want to escape the crowds. Murano is beautiful and a great alternative to central Venice for a different experience. • The hotel is modern and stylish, with comfortable rooms. We loved our second-floor room with a courtyard view. • The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and amenities like the coffee machine, kettle, and adjustable heating were great. • The staff was fantastic—especially the young man at reception who warmly welcomed us and Sara, who organized a wonderful custom tour for us. Elizabeth also went out of her way to resolve issues with our room. • Breakfast, though simple, was fresh and tasty, and it was convenient to order extras online, like slippers or bathrobes.

Housekeeping was a major disappointment. Our room wasn’t clean upon arrival (dust on the floor, mold in the shower, dirty dishes, and an empty tissue box). Even after cleaning, the floor remained dirty, and pillows were left on the floor multiple times. • The spa was underwhelming. The massages we booked were unprofessional and far from relaxing. • The gym lacked essentials like towels and disinfectant, and it was too hot when I arrived. This hotel has many qualities that remind you of a five-star property, but the cleaning standards fall short of even four stars. If housekeeping improves, it would be an amazing place to stay.

Lovely location on Murano, felt much quieter than staying in Venice. Clean modern spacious well equipped rooms and hotel in general. Good air con. Very nice restaurant - we had steak one evening for dinner and it was great. Breakfast good selection of continental, sweet etc options - gets a bit busy at peak times. Staff helpful on check in with lots of info about the local area and transport.

Chargeable spa (although this was clearly advertised when booking so can’t complain about that) & opening hours only 9-6ish which is when we were out for the day

The hotel is located in a former factory and has been beautifully renovated. It's also in a prime location on the island of Murano. If, like us, you think it’s worth escaping the tourist crowds and staying on the island, this hotel is an excellent value for money. The hotel is new and everything smells fresh. The highlight of the hotel is the spa, although it’s an additional cost. We recommend getting a massage with Elisabetta, who is excellent, very kind, and highly skilled. The sauna is also great. Joyce and Mateo at the reception were also very friendly.

On the first night, we were placed in a smaller room than what we had paid for, and only on the following night were we moved to the correct room (Premium Double Room with Terrace - 25 sqm), which was indeed more spacious. One of us needed a gluten-free breakfast. They do serve schär gluten-free products, but they are kind of dull. Please put an exclusive toaster for gluten-free bread, otherwise they taste bad. Guests on a gluten-free diet will certainly appreciate that. The breakfast could also be improved by including omelets and freshly prepared items on demand, especially to increase gluten-free options.

Good location, staff were very nice especially Mateo. We were not happy with our room and Mateo took the time to assist us and upgraded us to a beautiful room on the lagoon.

Felt it was too modern, we spent the previous 4 nights in Venice in a beautiful traditional hotel at Hotel Ai Realis. You come to Venice and surrounding islands to enjoy the history, this felt quite clinical and cold. The hotel restaurant, bar and room service was closed/unavailable until 10pm the night we stayed for an event, we were only informed once we arrived in Venice.

The property was super clean, easy to get to from the airport, perfect location for catching the water bus, and there are a handful of super good restaurants within walking distance. We liked how calm it was and easy to navigate. The staff helped us book our water taxis to and from the airport, making it super convenient for us. The pictures of property are accurate to the rooms, if not a bit nicer in person.

The island of Murano itself is slower paced, restaurants close early. We didn’t mind, but something to consider!
