The hotel room was very clean, we congratulate the cleaning staff. The receptionist was always smiling and provided all the requested information. The city is wonderful!

The staff at the restaurant attached to the hotel did not offer quality services.Totally inadequate breakfast, boiled eggs, a few tomatoes, mozzarella, cheese and ham, of poor quality, only one kind of each product, sweets, some fruits, yogurt, juice from the dispenser and only one coffee served from the bar. One morning I arrived at the restaurant at 8:55 and I couldn't find any ham or cheese.There were not even glasses for juice and no forks. All the tables were full of leftovers, I stood waiting for 5 minutes for someone to clear a table. I noticed that there was only one person who had to do all the work related to organizing the breakfast. Minimum staff. We will not return to this hotel.

The city is nice. The receptionist who checked us in was very kind. The hygiene in the room and common areas is very good. Incredibly comfortable pillows (I want those in my home too).

The rooms on the top floor are not soundproof. You could hear everything being done and said in the next room. The comforting thing was that I didn't speak the language they were using, so I didn't get involved in the details.

A simply furnished hotel with a 2-star rather than 3-star standard. But this is not surprising if - before booking - you look at the hotel's photos, which completely correspond to reality. Cleanliness is perfect. Staff is very kind. Simple breakfast, standard for Italy. But you can eat your fill. It may seem to be too monotonous for a longer stay, but we were there for a short time. Considering the price, quality and location, a very good deal for a short stay in Treviso.

Nothing will surprise you and you will be satsified if you don't have too high and unfounded expectations.

Good position with free parking, very kind staff. Nice room. Good breakfast and comfortable beds.

We could hear all the noise (laughing and convo) from the next room. Walls super thin. It was hard to fall asleep, I had to knock on the wall so the neighbouring guests would turn quiet after 11 pm. Also beware that breakfast time written in the room is different from the real one written on the dining room door and told by the receptionist. So I would recommend the hotel to update the writing inside the room. Despite the misunderstanding we were allowed to finish our breakfast which was very good 👍😊

Nice small hotel near the airport. We stayed there only one night, we arrived at late night by taxi. Room was tiny but nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also small but only good choices - cheese, ham, yoghurt, fresh fruits and cafe latte. And it`s not far from central train station if you want to go by train to Venice. We also walked to Treviso old town, very nice place.

I like to speak Italian when I'm in Italy. I made my first trip to Italy in 2002. Since then, I have been constantly improving my Italian. I can only get better with each trip. however, this was the first time that a waiter refused to speak to me in Italian. I spoke to him in Italian, but she spoke only in English. I felt a bit stupid. she spoke only in Italian to other customers. a strange feeling remained. the bad feeling remained. Italian is very beautiful. then will speak in Italian, also in Italian with tourists, if they wish to :)

The staff were amazing. We came late, the hotel’s transfer was easy and Franco and Katya kindly helped us to get some pizza from town for a hungry kid. Clean simple hotel, air conditioning worked well, the family room was big enough for 3 and the luggages. The location is as advertised - a bit outside of the city center, we just walked for 20-30 min depending where we were going in Treviso. We first booked in Venice but then decided to just go for a day trip from Treviso and we are glad we did. 30 min train ride. Thanks again to the staff for the warm welcome!

- Nice Staff; - They cleaned the room every day, very well; - Was actually to beds and not a double that was separated; - The walk into town was not too bad.

- The way to the train station is not well-lit at night; - The hotel is next to a hospital; - There is not much at the hotel, just your room, and a restaurant that was mostly closed.

the hotel was spotless clean, quiet, the young lady at the reception was very nice and helpful, really want to thank her in particular for her service, really nice breakfast

it is not so far from the centre, maybe 25min walk, the bus # 1 takes you from close to the train station, right across the hotel, however, the bus service stops quite early in Treviso, 8:30pm/9:00pm being the last ride towards the hotel. If you drive though, the hotel has parking spaces, which is great.

it was honestly nicer than I expected for the price and location.

Not much of a critique but the receptionist had essentially no English, not a major problem. However, they were also doing some sort of building work which meant there were builders out drilling into the ceiling in the hall right outside our bedroom at 8:20 and again at 10am. The noise which was a bit terrifying to wake up to. We stayed at the very beginning of June, so maybe they were doing some renovations before the summer
