Very clean, special thanks to the maids. I wore white socks, and they stayed white. The location is great, with a bus stop nearby, so you can quickly get to the center or walk for about 15 min. The staff is polite and friendly. There's a minibar in the room, as well as a kettle, tea, and coffee. You can leave your luggage after check out. Recommend.

I wish there was better soundproofing. One night, I could hear my neighbors talking and snoring, through the wall, which really interfered with my sleep.

A wonderful stay at Ala Hotel, Treviso I had a fantastic experience staying at Ala Hotel in Treviso. The location is very convenient—just a short distance from the train station, making it easy to explore both Treviso and nearby cities like Venice. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Ala Hotel to anyone visiting Treviso.

A conservative and traditional town with historical artefacts and even richer history. Locals are reserved but very polite. The hotel is situated in the heart of Treviso with a short bus ride from the city centre and central train station. Upon arrival, I was made to feel welcomed and given a tour of the hotel and room and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. We didn't spend the whole time in our hotel, and opted to sight see. All in all it was good.

The hotel is right across the emergency hospital so you will hear sirens all hours of the day.

Excellent hotel if you are looking for a short stay. It is ideal if you are travelling through Treviso airport which is 8 minutes drive away. The room was nice and spacious, sizable shower and comfty beds. Well air conditioned too. It has a new lift and staff were very helpful. It has a private parking in front of the hotel which is absolutely great. A short walk away from old town Treviso too

The breakfast is not great. It is a pity...I would have otherwise given it a 10. A little effort in the breakfast would go a long way in the experience

The hotel room was very clean, we congratulate the cleaning staff. The receptionist was always smiling and provided all the requested information. The city is wonderful!

The staff at the restaurant attached to the hotel did not offer quality services.Totally inadequate breakfast, boiled eggs, a few tomatoes, mozzarella, cheese and ham, of poor quality, only one kind of each product, sweets, some fruits, yogurt, juice from the dispenser and only one coffee served from the bar. One morning I arrived at the restaurant at 8:55 and I couldn't find any ham or cheese.There were not even glasses for juice and no forks. All the tables were full of leftovers, I stood waiting for 5 minutes for someone to clear a table. I noticed that there was only one person who had to do all the work related to organizing the breakfast. Minimum staff. We will not return to this hotel.

The city is nice. The receptionist who checked us in was very kind. The hygiene in the room and common areas is very good. Incredibly comfortable pillows (I want those in my home too).

The rooms on the top floor are not soundproof. You could hear everything being done and said in the next room. The comforting thing was that I didn't speak the language they were using, so I didn't get involved in the details.

This was a great hotel in a quiet location just a 20 minute walk into Treviso and 15 minute walk to the station. Such a bonus to have free parking! It was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the beautiful town of Treviso and city of Venice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The facilities were very nice and clean, which made the experience even more comfortable. It’s also conveniently located—just about 8 minutes by bus from the city center. A great option if you’re looking for something peaceful but still close to everything!

Very clean. Staff very pleasant. Located about 15 minutes walk to city centre. Breakfast buffet offered good selection and was very well managed. Accommodation and breakfast both good value.

Nothing; the description on website was accurate so we were not disappointed with anything.

Nice small hotel near the airport. We stayed there only one night, we arrived at late night by taxi. Room was tiny but nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also small but only good choices - cheese, ham, yoghurt, fresh fruits and cafe latte. And it`s not far from central train station if you want to go by train to Venice. We also walked to Treviso old town, very nice place.

Rooms are not soundproof, you can hear noise from the next room.
