First word that came to mind when we got into our room - lovely! And VERY clean. It didn't just look clean, but it felt clean and there was a nice scent which made it smell clean too. Our room and the halls were beautifully furnished, also wonderful paintings. The instructions for getting picked up were perfect. The location was so close to the airport (but not close enough for a short walk to/from the airport). Finally, the hosts were wonderful! They were accomodating to our late arrival and early departure. They provided breakfast for us even though it was outside the normal breakfast hours. They were so hospitable and charming. The owners were extremely helpful navigating Venice- from calling taxis and clarifying which taxis to use and to avoid. They went the extra mile in saving us substantial money. We were unsure how to navigate the City Pass and purchased them ahead of time. After inquiring and finding out we had purchased them, they showed us how to cancel them, get a refund, and obtain free city passes. That aside, the facilities not only met our needs but exceeded our expectations.

Clean room, super nice hosts (Alla and husband). We had booked our hotel rooms wrongly due to time zone difference. We booked this accommodation at the very last minute and proceeded to go there immediately from the airport. Upon arrival we did not see anyone there but a call to the host got immediate response and they rushed to the accommodation immediately even though I think they were at a hospital visiting someone. We were so tired from our long flight and we are so grateful to them for this.

Very friendly host with good hotelier experience. Rooms are big and clean in calm neighbour. Private parking available. We didn’t have a car on the last day, and the host offered to take us to the airport for 20 Euros, which is cheaper than hiring a taxi.

Good if you have a car. There is bus services to Venice, but need to change once (direct bus no 84, but serves only several times a day).

Honestly one of the best B&B experiences I personally have had! We took our mother for her 50th birthday to Venice and this B&B was just perfect. Alla and Fabrizio are genuinely both amazing and extremely helpful. They welcomed us amazingly and helped us throughout our trip. They even advised us on things to visit as we were coming from London and gave us the perfect places to visit. Definitely ask them about the bus routes - they explained it perfectly to us and we really appreciated it. The breakfast is 10/10 and perfect to have in the nice summer weather! The rooms are so clean, well made and the bathroom aswell was perfect! Thank you so much Alla and Fabrizo for welcoming us the whole way!

Alla and her husband are the most humble and caring people. Alla went above and beyond to give us the most economical options on how to travel in Venice with children. The breakfast was delicious and was huge for our family of five. Alla also told us about the restaurants that are a must to eat. She also gave us an economical way to travel by bus in Venice. We loved the quite of this location after traveling in Venice that’s more loud and crowded. It really allows you to catch up on sleep and provides energy to travel around. Alla and her husband even drove us back to the airport. Thank you so much Allachka, you are amazing!

There was nothing. We loved everything about the property.

Very calming and charming place, close to the airport. The hosts are very attentive and careful - we felt well hosted. The breakfast could either be taken in the room (small balcony or a table with four chairs available) or in the pretty garden under palm trees. The airport is only a 10 minute ride from there - perfect location!

There was nothing that I did not like. We travelled by car, so we were independent to go out for dinner, but I could imagine that it might be more difficult to have dinner if you have to rely on public transportation, but probably you could order in.

The hosts were very helpful to us. We just got off long flights at the airport and needed a quick trip to sleep for us with our baby that was nearby Venice and Marco Polo airport. We ended up sneaking in a quick meal at a nearby Argentinian steak house and then going comfortably to bed right after.

Our flight from Marco Polo was cancelled and no other flights available so we needed somewhere to stay urgently. We booked Dream's via booking.com and arrived by taxi 20 mins later feeling exhausted and helpless. We were received with a friendly welcome, big smiles and good English (we speak no Italian). The hosts booked us a table at an Argentinian restaurant 10 mins walk away and sorted a taxi for us the next morning. We had a triple and quadruple room between our party of 5 with children. Everyone slept well and we had a plentiful Italian breakfast on the balcony of the quad room. Thankyou so much, you rescued what was a very difficult day.

Would be even better if located near more restaurant options.

Well located, close to the airport, but in a pleasant green environment. Lovely garden, unfortunately my stay was too short to enjoy it. The shuttle service is invaluable, making it a hassle free option for overnighting at the airport. My room was huge, plenty of space for moving around, extremely comfortable. Kind, friendly hosts made this an exceptional stay.
