The staff was very helpful and responsive to my emails. They help me keep a parcel which was sent to the hotel. The room was bright and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Car park was right in front of the hotel. It was very close to the Premium Outlet, which was the reason we were there. There were many eateries nearby. There is a petrol station opposite the hotel. Convenient as I had to return my rental car with a full tank. I topped up the tank and return the car at Venice airport.

Very nice newer hotel in the immediate proximity of the outlet. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good and staff really exceptional. I mislaid my glasses, they kindly checked the room and finally found them at the hotel parking! In my experience, very rarely will any hotel staff make such extra step. Also big super market is just 50tish meters from hotel, which was convenient for us. Parking was adequate.

We wanted a hotel near the highway for a one-night stay and this hotel was the perfect choice. We had a lovely night and slept well. The breakfast was good, with a good choice even if you don't eat a sweet breakfast. It's about a 10-15 min walk to the outlet village, wich is a great bonus. Bes of all, there a couple of good restaurants 5 mins away from the hotel, and a huge supermarket as well.

Everything was according to our expectations. The only thing where I can see room for improvement (but it didn't bother me that much) was the fact that while making the reservation on Booking.com, it was stated that the child crib was free, while the hotel later wrote to us saying that it's actually 15 euros per night extra.

The hotel is situated in a small town, very near to the main roads and it is easy to find it. Private parking. The reception is open 24/7. The room is very spacy and clean. The breakfast is of buffet-type, quite abundant. The personnel at the reception is very kind.

The arrangement of food and accessories in the breakfast restaurant is not very logical and sufficiently reviewed for quick navigation at the buffet table.

Our daughter is allergic to lactose and we had in advanced warned the hotel. They have been very kind to prepare an excellent breakfast for her. They have even bought special yogourts and biscuits for her. The lady at the breakfast explained that to us with a big smile showing that they really like to take care about their clients. We never experienced such a nice and attentionate care, even though we regularly spend nights in hotels. Thanks again for everything !!!

The location is great for a short one-night stop, just outside the highway (a few minutes) but quiet. Next door is a designer outlet, for quick shopping. Breakfast was decent, not amazing but with everything you needed. The bed was super comfortable. We had free parking in front of the building.

There was nothing to complain about, stayed 1 night and for that, it was everything we needed.

Hotel location is great if you are taking break from longer drive. Breakfast was great as well. Staff were polite. Room is spacious. Very pet friendly - they provided bowls and treats and dog was allowed in the bar section during breakfast. Underground garage was safe and there is also some parking in front of the hotel.

Didn't like the pillows.

The location is awesome, there’s public transportation to and fro from every part of Europe to the hotel, If you don’t have a car rental. From Venice Airport, take the (ATVO BUS) to San Dona Di Piave Auto Station and connect to the bus going to Noventa Di Piave, and drop off at Noventa Di Piave Eurospar, and walk a minute to the hotel.

The air conditioner/cooling system in my room couldn’t go lower than I’d wanted, leaving me a little bit hotter than I’d like to be.

This is a very good 4-stars hotel, the breakfast is more than enough, everybody can choose his/her favourite meal. the hotel is situated appr. 500 m from the highway but very silent, there are several parking places, I just can recommend it to everyone. Great!

The cozy hotel is perfectly located for travelers journeying on the motorway from Trieste to Milan. It offers tasty coffee and a delightful breakfast. The staff were exceedingly polite and helpful. Additionally, there are several excellent restaurants serving local and Mediterranean cuisine in the surrounding area
