They ask us to pay extra for the breakfast although it was stated in reservation done via booking.com that brakfast was included in the price.

We stayed during Christmas as we were joining family for the celebrations. The staff was extra friendly and the otel overall very clean. The location is what made me choose it, only few minutes from the center and very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

I have a baby who still uses the pram, so I would have made good use of a ramp to reach the elevator. Still, it was not a deal breaker as it was only a few steps of stairs, but it was enough to make me lift the pram.

The Best Western Park Hotel Continental has comfortable parking place inside and location is closed to the city center in one hand but quiet place on the other hand (it's a big plus for me and my children). We had clean and spacoius room. The friedly staff conveyed positive emotions. We'll stay here next time too

Relatively near to the hospital I had to visit

There were no dining facilities in the evening ( as far as I could ascertain nothing but breakfast.) Some of us are quite old and having to venture out for an evening meal ( while staying in a 4* hotel ) is very unusual.

Hotel is clean, warm (se stayed in January), rooms are spacious, kettler and a fridge in the room, coffee and tea as well. Spacious and free parking in front of the hotel. WiFi is very good, too. In less than 10 minutes by foot you are in the city center.

Rooms are little bit outdated, you can see the age of the hotel but still everything is functional, clean and not broken.

Guys, please change this 30 years old air conditioners with the new ones. They are very noisy..

Great hotel for visiting outlet in Noventa di Piave, or for sleep over during long trips. Our room was very clean and spacious.

Rooms are a bit outdated, but they were very clean.

On 21th May in the morning receptionist really helped us a lot. We had problem with car and he offered us help to find car service that works on Sunday. He found it, organised everything and helped with translate also. I can say only the best for this hotel, at first, because of this receptionist who helped us a lot!!!

Breakfast was very poor. Boiled eggs never in 2 days were warm, they are taken from fridge. Same with pancakes - they are taken out of fridge, because cooked day before - this was proven by personel. The other food which is supposed to be fresh cooked like scrambled eggs, boiled sausagges - all is cold :(

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was rich and delicious. It's a good startpoint to discover the region of Venice.
