Quiet, family hotel. Large parking, daily cleaning of the room. Convenient check-in. Very nice reception staff. Answered all questions and helped to solve all problems. Would recommend to everyone who is traveling on the car. We visited outlets and Venice without any issues.

There is no minibar in the room, which made it a bit difficult to store the medications we need to take every day. We used a car refrigerator.

Lovely hotel, best value for money of all the 9 hotels we stayed at during this trip. Lovely lady working there, she did not speak english but she was great at explaining so we understood everything, from what resturants were good, wifi, check in and check out, etc. Inredibly clean, comfortable and modern beds, newly refurbed, modern aircon, 100% blackout blinds, quiet. Very safe.

Would have loved to stay another night

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Locanda Dolce Vita in San Donà di Piave, Italy. The owner's warmth was evident, and the hotel's cleanliness and strategic location added to the overall positive experience. The simple yet charming Italian breakfast with croissants and cappuccino was a lovely touch. Check-in was a breeze, and the renovated rooms ensured a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Hotel Locanda Dolce Vita for a pleasant and well-rounded Italian getaway.

Very clean and secure in a Quiet area. A walking distance to McDonald’s and Lidl. The bus stop also within a walking distance from the property.

It would be very helpful if someone there was talking English. Also, as we landed late in the evening there was no one In reception.

We stayed for 1 night, for that reason - especially if you are coming by car - it is a perfect hotel. But it is far from everything, and when we stayed there - it was Sunday night - all the services in the hotel were closed, we were let in by a lovely old lady.

Only paper towels, like in a hospital. (Truly no idea which is more environmental-friendly, the paper or the textile..., if the paper, I excuse.)

The man in the bar helped me with check in, he was most kind. The locanda is very pleasant, pale pink and cream walls and doors, marble stairs.. My room was on the top floor, no lift unfortunately. My room was excellent, the first impression I got was very positive, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The double bed was super comfortable and the bathroom in pale pink and cream coloured marble was lovely. I'm really impressed by this place and the kindness of the man in the bar next door. Next time in San Donà I shall definitely go there again guaranteed satisfaction.

No lift to the top floor, no big deal though

Good location if you have a car, probably a little bit more complicated if you don't have a car. Quiet, even though quite close to a secondary road. Very effective check-in system.

There were no problems at all, everything was very smooth.

We booked 2 standard rooms with double beds for a one night stay with the kids. The hotel is easy to reach by car from Venice. They sent me a online checkin link for late checkin (there is no night reception). I forgot to fill it in, but they bugged me and we fixed everything around midnight. When you do the online check-in, you get access codes to a key box next to the main entrance. The keybox contains magnetic cards that give you access to the building and to the room. It worked great. The room is fairly big, with a desk and two comfy beds. Everything clean and nice. The breakfast is in a bar in the same building. The breakfast is quite simple, coffee + a croissant. The hotel totally worked for us, we were looking for reasonably priced, clean rooms with basic services. Kudos.

You should know that the breakfast is rather simple. Also, I think one needs a car to get there. It is about 40 minutes drive from Venice city center.

The hotel is located next to the highway above a restaurant/bar and it's easy to access with very helpful staff. The room had retractable ceiling windows which was beautiful.

good clean apartment with a nice and clean toilet. Clean comfortable room and nicely renovated house. Would really recommend for a stay

Ok my be check in procedure is not so efficient. There is a link and you have to fill it in in advance. I missed notification about it and came without pre filling it. However as soon as I called a host came meet us and made all formalities. So it total it works. Also breakfast includes only 1 coffee and 1 croissant nothing more
