Everything was great. The hotel is located right in the center and is really nice, with parking, easily accessible. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We showed up very close to the closing hour of the restaurant (which is on premises) but they happily served us a delicious 2-course meal with wine. Breakfast was also good. No complaints whatsoever.

We booked two single rooms, so this is only in that context: the beds were really narrow and too small for a bigger person (like my friend:)) Of course it is understood that a single room means a single bed but normally they are not so small. This is more just FYI for anyone booking for one person per room -- better to book a double room for single occupancy.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of centro storico near everything and very convenient, the installations are nice and comfortable, all receptionists assisted me promptly with everything I needed, the shower is really strong and good, the room was small but with a good bed and pillows.

There's a lack of maintenance and cleaning in the room, the shower leaked water outside the box and the walls and roof were dirty with spider webs. But the real negative point here and it's a shame for a hotel that offers this service is the breakfast, apart from the industrialized cookies, yogurt, juice and biscuits, nothing tastes fresh. The fruit tasted defrosted and the bread was hard and dry which in my opinion is very disrespectful to guests.

Excellent stay! The reception staff were very professional and helpful, and the daily housekeeping service was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding – very rich and delicious, and included in the price. Free parking is available either directly at the hotel or in the nearby area. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel was lovely but the reception staff could have provided more information to advise us of places of interest to visit.We had a lovely local taxi driver who was like an excellent Tourist Guide

Centrally situated with secure parking. Warm welcome and room with good wi-fi - very clean and tidy. Good breakfast nice service.

It’s a little old fashioned but charming - traveling solo so booked dingle room - small but adequate.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the old part of the town and many good restaurants and cafés are quite close. The breakfast couldn't have been better - everything superfresh and the nice service making sure that the guests are having what they need. Although the hotelbuilding is quite old, it is very finely maintained. The aircondition is efficient and very quite!

Nothing can be improved - just go on!

I liked the location of the Hotel, it is in the heart of the city and even if you have no time for being tourist, i't just a 10 min walk and you see the centro storico, which is fascinating.

It was for sure my bad luck, but there was no fresh bread for breakfast :-/, we got to eat the dry toast. I was told that the delivery was late that day. Who knows... But in any way, the breakfast is not the strongest point of the service...

The location is great in the middle of the city, accessible from the train station. The breakfast was really good.

Classic French hotel with renovated bedrooms and excellent bathrooms. Very good breakfast included. Very close to main square where there some excellent high-end shops with artistic window displays.
