The room was extremely spacious, and so was the bathroom, both decorated and furnished with style and elegance. Plenty of natural light through the large windows that can be totally shut out during the night. During the day the light curtains ensure privacy. The view, on an inner court with large trees, is unusually pleasant for Pordenone and there was no noise from traffic. The bed was confortable, with quality linen, the kitchenette very handy and equipped with all the necessities (fridge, coffee machine with capsules and coffee cream pods provided, herbal and black teas, some pots, plates and induction hobs, plus biscuits and yogurts). In the bathroom there is soap and shower gel, hairdrier and quality towels. A steam iron is available inside the wardrobe and wi-fi is included in the price and reliable. It is a studio rather than just a bedroom, with a small balcony and situated on the 4th floor with a lift. Very clean! 15min walk to the train station and moments from coffee shops, patisseries and even a supermarket (PAM). The location is absolutely brilliant. I will be back!

If you have a car, parking might be slightly tricky, but far from impossible (if you are prepared to walk 4 or 5min).

Alberto and Eliana greeted us at the property. They were such lovely and warm people. Alberto helped me find disabled parking. The room was clean. The bathroom with shower was very nice. There was a working elevator to help us get to the fourth floor, where we had a nice view of our car below.

I absolutely loved my stay at this city center apartment! Its prime location made it incredibly convenient to explore all the vibrant attractions, and the modern amenities and cozy ambiance provided the perfect retreat after a day of urban adventures. Highly recommend!

In today's tech-driven world, it's essential to have ample outlets for charging devices and appliances.

Clean, ample size, great kitchenette, dependable WiFi, excellent location, terrace, quiet and private. Felt more like a studio apartment. More convenient than most hotel rooms to wash and hang to dry your traveling clothes. Many nearby shops for preparing your own meals. The generous, friendly owners couldn’t be more helpful, patient with my paltry Italian. Would definitely try to stay there again on my next trip to Pordenone. Not a traditional B&B (no breakfast room) - which was quite fine with me.

We are glad that we were lucky enough to find this wonderful place, very tastefully done and providing complete comfort, located in a great location in the city center. The beds are so comfortable, we slept like in clouds of softness and aromas :) The view from the terrace is very soothing. We thank Alberto for his cordiality, attention and tolerance for our late arrival.

Excellent B&B in the town center within walking distance to the supermarket, shops, and restaurants/cafes. The bathroom is large with a great shower.

I felt save and liked there was an elevator to bring us to the room.

There was not any nearby parking for a vehicle.
