We had a very nice stay at Vina del Mar Pineta. Rooms were clean and nice, pool area and garden was very beautiful with its high trees and lots of flowers, it was also safe and more isolated from the walking path of the beach than other hotel’s pool areas. As the beach is literally just few steps from the pool area, it was very comfortable to go with kids. There were different things organized and meant for children, so very good place to visit with kids. Personnel was very nice and attentive, breakfast and dinner were also very good. Hotel locates short walk distance (10-15minutes) from the main street, walking path goes by the beach. It suited us very well, area was more quiet and calm than in the centre. Loved our vacation :)

The hotel is millimeters away from the beach, it has a small pool for kids, wonderful big pines

To get in and out of the hotel you need to go on stairs and there was no option for the strollers just to pick them up. And doing this a couple of times a day is not fun

I am from Ukraine, now I live in Prague. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days with my son. The hotel is very cozy and clean, it has good food, the staff is friendly, I especially liked Julia, she works at the reception, she told me everything perfectly and helped with my questions. Thank you for a great stay, I will definitely be back!!! I will definitely make a video about the hotel on my YouTube channel later.

Would like to have a more comfortable bed for two. The mattresses on this bed kept falling apart.

Awesome breakfast on the Backyard terrace, very quiet, located on the beach. Green grass and beautiful Plants in the yard by the pool and entire area where hotel was located is called Pineta - Pine forest. Very helpful staff.

Very kid friendly, great breakfast buffet and on the beach with a pool

Wifi is impossible to log on, elevator very small and slow, no Check out possible before 7 am

Location was fantastic. Pool is great and kids loved it. Private beach was closer than expected. Fantastic staff.

Split apartment. The wall are really thin and you could hear what neighbours were saying. One staff ( lady) was totally unpleasant( she was iritated working there).

Proximity to the beach. Good breakfast with many food options. Friendly staff. The staff was courteous to allow us to use the pool and beach prior to checking in and after checking out of the room.

Parking at the hotel is sometimes difficult due to the small size of the parking lot.

Large family room, seaside location, flowers everywhere and fabulous garden. Great staff, everyone is always available. A nice holiday.

Would like the rooms to be a bit more luxurious but the hotel breakfast area is beautiful as is the beach and pool. Children loved the diving board.
