Staff was great, things were nicely organized, location is in reasonable distance from the beach, parking and beach place (2 chairs and umbrella) included in the price, good breakfast (gotta get the chocolate croissants fast, these are in high supply ;) ). Appartment was always tidied up, AC in both rooms, good kitchen equipment. Awesome, stay here is fully recommended, our family enjoyed it.

Large and clean apartment perfect for a family of three. Working appliances and good wifi coverage. Breakfast was tasty and with quite a lot of choices. Just 3 minutes walk from the sea. The fact that it has its own parking is also awesome as then one can visit the beautiful Veneto area.

Mattress could be firmer.

It’s a wonderful place, very close to the beach, old town and shops, but also very chill and quiet Apartments are very spacious and comfortable, breakfast is very rich and the owners are just fantastic.

Breakfast was great ,location is close to the beach ,nice and clean accomodation as was written during our booking.I recomend this hotel.Next time to go this location GIOIA will be our first option.

The owners were really nice and friendly. The bedroom with the kitchen was well equipped and there was all, that you need as a family of 4 people. The location is quite good, walking distance to the city center using the promenade and the beach really close. Actually, to go to the sea, you have to walk a longer distance on the beach than to get from the hotel to the beach :)

You can see, the furniture is not completely new and the best times are over. HOWEVER, this does not mean, it is not clean or unusable - the quality is still on a high level. If you are missing something, you can ask the owners and they will provide you with it. And I was missing scramble eggs in the breakfast - but they have boiled ones ;)

Everything! Huge Garden, nice breakfast, great location close to everything, private parking and a free private Beach slot! The place is also very clean. It is a great stay for everyone who is looking for a peaceful stay close to The sea. And The owner with his sister are totally amazing and helpful!

wifi signal and speed could be better

good location (both to the nice calm beach and to the city center), well equipped, clean, super friendly host. it’s very suitable for family even with small children, there is baby bed and high chair available. I was looking for a place with car park, kitchenette and washing machine, this place has it all. A parasol is also included.

Excellent hotel, perfect location - beach, supermarket, old town, waterpark are nearby, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, super breakfast. Thank you! Especially good for families with children. We definitely recommend this hotel!
