We had a nice and pleasant stay. The hotel is perfectly located, right in the centre of the Livigno main street. Quite old but with its own authentic, charming style. It's nice to see winter images of a small provincial town through the window. The rooms are clean and spacious, enough for 3 persons (one child). Always fresh and very tasty croissants for breakfast. The personnel is receptive and friendly. Would like to say many thanks to Denis, from reception, for his help and assistance during all our stay in the hotel. Also, many thanks for the implication of the owner on the last day, assuring with a mechanic for our car in a very short time. So, we had safe travel until the airport.

Our children’s room had a very strong smell of smoke.. but other than that..all rooms spacious enough and comfy!

Hotel has a great location with short distances to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was really good and staff was friendly and helpful.

Bathroom in our room was not good. Due to low ceiling it was not possible to stand up while taking a shower and there was no holder for the shower head.

Central location, kind staff, good restaurant for lunch/dinner, good value for money.

A bit old, requires refurbishment, breakfast can be improved.

spaces in the car park were full late afternoon (we had to park on the grass) I’m guessing non hotel residents had parked there but we were there in early June and maybe there are more checks in the high season.

The position is wonderful, located in the heart of Livigno allows you to have a wonderful stay.

The breakfast room is nice, but too small especially considering the capacity of the hotel. I personally would suggest to extend the breakfast hour to have less crowd or to use one of the restaurant’s rooms in order to have one more room.

Hello, I was your guest from 17.07 to 20.07.2022 (booking: 3637685016) and I guaranteed the reservation at your hotel with a Visa credit card. The price for 3 nights was EUR 379.08. On July 15, 2022, you cashed me the amount of EUR 126.36 as a guarantee, and then this morning I paid the entire amount of EUR 379.08 with a Visa card at your reception. I therefore paid a total of EUR 505.44, which is EUR 126.36 too much. I also pointed this out to your receptionist, who assured me that the amount would be returned to me or it will not be cashed, but unfortunately it has been cashed and I cannot dispose of the mentioned amount.
