Everything. Dinner was phenomenal as was breakfast. Rooms were clean. Staff is very friendly. Location is right in the centre of village. Parking in high season can be tricky, but I got instructions from the hotel(email) early enough, so I was prepared and it went smoothly. You park in the adjacent public parking lot, but it is free/ you get a validated parkig ticket at the hotel when you leave. I only stayed one night sadly, I would love to stay here again. Also Livigno is lovely.

Location is great, breakfast and dinner very good for the price, single room is a reasonable size and comfortable enough, good sized wardrobe, bathroom very small! Warm all week I was there, despite very cold outside. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and free. I'd stay here again.

Bathroom a bit small. Noise travelled a lot when people moving around in adjacent rooms - due to hard floors.

The location is perfect for skiing. Great stuff. Free parking. Breakfast & diner - ok.

We were in the room 115 and it was extremy cold first 3 days of our stay. We were using our private Internet as the signal in our room was weak. Shower cabine very small.

Great location just in the heart of the village. Walking distance to slopes, ski bus station very close. Confortable and clean rooms, very good breakfast and dinner. Also the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very friendly atmosphere and delicious food. I was positively impressed of how quickly I was able to finish my dinner with a full belly and a smile. Finally, a comfy bed (hard but not too hard) that have let me dream about the great day that was awaiting me. The room was spacious enough for my daily yoga routine. Free and protected parking in the centre of Livigno.

There is no elevator and getting to the second floor (top floor) might be inconvenient; the same as getting to the basement or ski/bike deposit. The furnitures are old but functional.

All staff members were super friendly, exceptional food, great location in the center, underground parking 1min away.

We are regular visitors in Livigno .... this time, we had to plan short-termed and booked this hotel due to the location and the availability. We were really happy with - the good food - good breakfast (fresh fruits, eggs, etc.) - kind staff - etc. Of course, it's not superior class - but if you like an honest and real accomodation for a reasonable price - go for it! Both ski areas and cross-country tracks are reachable by walking, car can be parked directly at the hotel. We will come back for sure....

Rooms and furnitures are a bit old - but very clean and ... look for my positive response.

The shower was very small. I could not turn aroud, while I'm just a normal size person.
