We (3 adults + 2 teen kids) have stayed at this lovely suite which is well cared for and equipped with everything you could have thought of, on HB basis. This turned out to be the best choice we have ever made for holiday booking and we are so grateful we have found this place available for our stay. Our suit consists of bedroom & a kind of loft bedroom (?) in upper floor and large bathroom. There was also a bathtub on the main floor near the sitting area too. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use it though. Price including the dinner was quite reasonably priced. Due to this, we have not expected anything fancy and rather expected to have simple ordinally menu with small portions of plate. However, on the contrary to our expectations, the choice of ala carte dinner menu was more than satisfactory, and the food provided us were all so delicious and accompanied with professional yet friendly service. We just returned from Livigno for dinner and the change of the cold temperature outside and indoor warmth made my husband to be fainted during the dinner. Thankfully this turned out to be nothing serious. However, all the stuff were genuinely concerned his wellbeing and offered all kind of help as they could and we were deeply moved by their professionalism and kindness. They are truly magical people. We felt that we were treated by unique individual not just a guest come and go. We really felt at home staying here. They are truly the people who has a heart of the Gold. Apart from the comfort of the room and facility such as lift, parking etc, meal they provide for both dinner & breakfast are really good with high standard and most of all, the human interaction is far beyond the imagination. We have regretted that we have only booked one night staying this place. We will definitely return in near future. I highly recommend this place to absolutely anyone, however especially who appreciate the nature and beauty of the country & people.

Great location with plenty of activities nearby and stunning views. The breakfast was enjoyable, but it could have been improved with more vegetables and a wider variety of cheese and ham. The room was spacious, featuring a very cozy and comfortable bedroom.

It seems that Italians are not very fond of tourists visiting out of season. While the staff was polite, they were not particularly welcoming. We were not offered any additional services, such as wellness options. It was quite disappointing to visit the wine bar in the evening only to clearly interrupt the bartender while she was chatting with a friend.

Fabulous hotel . Not the most picturesque location but despite proximity to a main road very peaceful and quiet. Charming owner family and staff. Excellent dinner and breakfast and very very stylish interior design particularly in the imaginatively laid out bedrooms and bathrooms. We will return.

Why oh why can't hotels produce proper orange juice for breakfast rather than this synthetic tasting reconstituted filth. I'd happily pay an extra €5 a night for the fresh stuff. Everything else was perfect.

The parking was perfect when arriving in torrential rain on a motorcycle. The hotel has amazing views and the breakfast was unbeatable. The staff were all great. There is a lovely spa area.

Using the spa area incurs an additional cost and it was a little too much for my budget. The owner is a motorcyclist and I thought he might have been more understanding that with all your kit, it is never great to be in a location at the furthest back corner of any hotel, through many doors and up and down multiple staircases. The only other thing was arriving in terrible weather after a long day, there was no food option and nothing close.

We stayed in the junior suite. Loved it! Loved the use of space which is separated by tree trunks- so imaginative! The room had everything that you ever want or need in a hotel. Very impressed! The restaurant is superb 👌🏽 absolutley quality! Very typical menu for the region but delivered to the highest standard. Breakfast was simple but the quality of food was exceptional- all the finest local produce. Staff were all lovely, welcoming and friendly. We will definately be returning.

Really friendly staff! We were staying in the apartment in different building, didn't have salt or butter, the staff was very friendly to share them with us. The rooms were spotless and nicely furnished. Also, the hotel has a private spa - just for you - with jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. After a day of skiing this was a bliss.

The location is 35-40mins from Livigno.

Nice and welcoming staff, good service and smiles. Very nice apt room, great bathroom. Safe and secure parking underground. Very nice breakfast. We will return for sure. Best so far on our 4 week trip around Europe.

The place, all good. Only thing is could be more restaurants nearby for choice, but was one OK one 100 l away.
