Very central location, close to everything you need - bars, groceries, ski lifts, shops. Everything easily reachable within walking distance. In order to part your car, you need to obtain special permission as hotel is located in restricted access area. Nightly check-in process when staff is unavailable could be a little easier :)

It was a little tricky to follow check in guidelines as only in the very end I received the entrance code to facilities. It could have been sent in advance. Also it was a little noisy in corridor in the morning. We woke up late due to late arrival.

Breakfast and dinner were really good. The location was excellent and right in the town center, with sound insulated windows and good view.

The room can be a bit bigger or at least organised to fit the guests better. Also some rooms did not have a wooden door like the others, which is not a must have but affects the experience a little.

Excellent quality accommodation Livigno. Comfortable rooms, very safe, very clean, lots of facilities, excellent wifi and above all excellent hosts. They were incredibly helpful , kind so we really enjoyed our stay with them, many thanks! (Apologies for late review! Overlooked whilst travelling 😊)

Excellent place to stay in Livigno. Very clean, comfortable and excellent hospitality. Breakfast very good selection and they go out of their way to accommodate you. Our favourite place to stay 😊

The location, close to the main pedestrian street with shops but far from the noise Outdoor playground and toys for the kid to play Friendly staff. The food was good too

Everything was just great. Room fabulous and clean. I stated gluten free meals and had a banquet. Never had so much choice....would go back no question

Ski room exit was a bit narrow. In the room we had a kettle for tea making , but haven't tea cups :)

The rooms need better noice protection. easy to hear other people in the other rooms and on the staircase and the corridor area

Good-sized room with great view from the balcony and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant is one of the best in Livigno, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
