Property location is about 30minutes walk from the train station but the walk is very enjoyable because most of the walk is next to the lake with a beautiful view. Bus can be taken easily from the train station if you are carrying big luggage. There is lift in the building and the property is also suitable for people driving their own car. Property is very comfortable with amazing view to the mountain. There is a warehouse next to the property which spoil the view a little bit but it is not the end of the world. Property was clean and tidy. There is a super market just about 15 minutes walk that will help you to save some money by doing your own cooking since everything is expensive in Switzerland compare to the rest of Europe.

There is a 70CHF charge if kitchen is left uncleaned which is reasonable to request guest to leave everything clean but no cleaning utensils were provided to do so. No sure how it is expected to clean when the only cleaning product was soap but no kitchen towels, sponges, kitchen roll-paper was not provided. It is not reasonable to expect people on holiday to carry those cleaning products with them when they are travelling for holidays. No other common consumables provided in the apartment like salt, sugar, oil, napkins, butter. etc.

The apartment was really nice and modern. Kitchen had most things we needed for cooking and also a dishwasher. Lovely view of the corviglia pistes from the balcony and living room.

The sofa bed was advertised as double (for two) however it was not really a classic sofa bed since the "mattress was a semicircle. Thankfully, we are two short ladies and we managed but I would not recommend to advertise for 2 people (at least not 2 adults)

Well placed in Moritz. The area is not the most glamour (no lake view, no palace around, rather the popular residential and industrial area, but still some nice forest and mountain/gletscher view) but very practical on foot or with bike: 480 m to moritzersee without elevation difference, 900 m from supermarket hub, 1200 m to signal cable car, 2000m to lej de staz (the coolest bathing place in the region in summer with very decent water temperatures given elevation). The area is at the edge of the staj forest so rather quiet... when there is no ongoing construction on the street. Equipment of the flat is very practical too. 2 features make it truly exceptional: First, the daily cards for the lifts, included in the room price in summer. If you intend to use them, that's a real benefit given the standard price of these cards. Second: the exceptional readiness and proactiveness to help of the hotel personnel (at any rate in our case: David). We felt treated. Definitively a place we might come back to.

St Moritz is not the cheapest place on Earth, so the room rate is not the cheapest on Earth.

We were met by a lovely friendly gentleman who gave us all information reg restaurants supermarkets etc. The apartment is lovely has everything you need.

The apartment was a good distance from station. Bus 609 runs every 15 mins to Youth Hostel last stop on bus. The apartment was ell sign posted from here it’s a new building on the end of the forest. Balcony looked out over a builders yard, but never bothered us as we stayed over the weekend.

This apartment was just as advertised. It is a clean an perfect for a stay with family. Mario who met us on the street as we arrived was super friendly and helpful. He provided information about the local area and where to obtain groceries and good local restaurants in the area.

It is very evident that someone has smoked in or VERY near the Apartment and the room has a strong residual smoke smell. If you are looking for something in the middle of the ST. Moritz action this is not it. IT is on the far side of the lake. That said if you are looking for something less expensive and off the main trail this is the place for you.

We really enjoyed the property because it was spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the facilities we needed, including a kitchen. The staff who welcomed us were very kind and explained everything to us. We felt really at ease during our stay. There’s also an indoor parking area, which we made use of.

The only slightly negative aspect is that it takes around 30-40 minutes on foot to reach the city center. But overall, it was truly a wonderful experience staying there.

The size of the room and facilities really surprised me. They provided a room that even looks better than the pictures and was very cosy at night. They have a proper kitchen with all the cutlery available and you can cook as well. The room had a Terrace and small sitting. It is just 2Km walk from the train station. Shopping Centres, Lake and Train Station is on the waking distance. The boy who welcomes you is very friendly and supportive and always available on WhatsApp to help you. Check in and check out was very smooth.

The managing staff were so accommodating and helpful. They met us quite late, coming from the train and we're super friendly. Waking up to thebview of the mountains was magical. The apartment is so cosy and warm.

Taxi's in the local area are very expensive but the bus stops right out front. We were grateful the managing staff helped us book Taxi's. The accommodation is a beautiful walk from town in daylight hours

Stunning views. Beautiful spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Great soaking tub. Bus into the centre of town/train station/ski lifts out the front or if you have the time and inclination/capacity then walk, such beautiful surroundings! Loved building a snowman on the balcony and using the snow as our fridge instead to cool down the wine... A novelty being from Western Australia where it doesn't snow! Thank you so much for helping me with all the luggage into the apartment and allowing us to store them for a couple hours until we left later in the day.

The only thing which isn't much at all to be honest is that we couldn't connect the phone to stream onto the TV but honestly that's just being super picky!

The bus stop was very close & convenient. The studio was clean & there was shower gel/shampoo, a hair dryer provided, & lots of extra toilet paper.Mario was very friendly & helpful.

It would have been nice to have a microwave oven. There was a coffee maker but no coffee or tea. There wasn’t any dishwashing detergent to wash a cup or spoon. (But T here were “pods” for the dishwasher.)
