Room was comfortable with adequate facilities and spotlessly clean. Lovely bar lounge with real fire. Food for breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and tried to be helpful but didn't always know the answers or advise well enough. Very responsive to questions before the trip - excellent.

Building work meant thst stairs down from level 3 not very accessible (in case of fire) and we had to ask where they were. Also, we advised that between our room and the lift, the flight of stairs wasn't very well lit. The light was sensored but didn't trigger quick enough so you went down some steps in ghe dark. We alerted staff but nothing done to amend.

Superb hotel. Helpful staff, great room. The hotel was still under some renovation but we were very kindly informed about that beforehand. The shuttle bus from and to the station is a great amenity. A public bus stop is also close by. This part of town is quite distant from the centre but the bus makes it quite easy to get there. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. The Italian restaurant Caruso offers top notch food and even better service.

Great location - 5mins walk to Signal bahn. Saved a lot by taking the snow deal offer for ski pass. Free access to Ovaverva spa and towels provided - 2mins walk from hotel. Reception always manned and helpful. Multiple options for dine arounds. Good soundproofing. Great breakfast. Yoga classes offered.

Slightly too warm even when heaters are off (had to open windows). Multiple issues with the bill which could’ve been missed if you don’t check.

The newly renovated parts of the hotel are wonderful. There were 3 good restaurants for us to choose from. The staff were great. Breakfast was amazing. There was a fridge and a Safe in the rooms The courtesy bus to the train station is fantastic. We were picked up and dropped off which was very helpful after a long day of travel.

There are renovations still underway. Work starts at about 8 am. It will be amazing when it is done but the site is still a construction zone.

Large, comfortable room, well equipped. Outstanding customer service, especially Yosef Kamal, the cocktail wizard, who could not have been more friendly, efficient and totally professional. Shuttle service to rail station was a great help.

Construction work making entry and exit of the building a very hazardous experience - seriously dangerous. The cost of restaurant St Moritz food is extortionate, the Caruso restaurant follows that model.

Most things really. Nice clean modern rooms, very nice lounge/bar area, very good food in the restaurants and very nice staff. The manager in Caruso has a superb memory and recognised us from last year! 😊👍🏻

The only thing, and it’s tiny, is the pillows on the beds. Terrible things🤣 They always make us wait till the last minute to book three nights! (As they try to hold out for 5 nights minimum.)

Excellent services provided by the hotel staff, shuttle van from/to the railway station, punctuality, cleanliness. I had a good sleep in a comfortable bed and I enjoyed breakfast.

Although the room was excellent (I’ve received an upgrade) and the view was nice, there were various objects stored on the ground, in the backyard (mostly sure related to some current renovation project)

Although the hotel is going through some renovations at the moment they made sure that they let us know before hand provided us with a room upgrade and a welcome drink at the bar. The breakfast was excellent and showed that this hotel cares. Staff were very welcoming .

It is very modern and it looks like it was recently remodeled inside. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

The spa was still under construction, so was the outside of the hotel. Construction started at 8am. It was hard to find the entrance and parking was not that intuitive. I do understand tho that in order to be nicer, remodel is necessary.

We stayed for a single night to get to take in the scenery, walk around the village and visit the nearby spa bath Ovaverva. We had breakfast in the hotel and dinner in the nearby Corvatsch (which belongs to the same chain as Laudinella), which were both very good. - amazingly friendly personnel - nice price for value, the Ovaverva entry to spa and bath was free with the hotel booking which accumulates to 80CHF in total saved - the breakfast was rich and refilled even when not being very early - the room was clean - nice view - free pickup from the train station Note: when going to Ovaverva, don't forget to bring the bath robe and 2 towels when going to the spa zone.
