Nice location & nice staff , they have all the needs you want . Specially for kids

They did not plan the location of rooms properly, near to each other or in the same floor .. since I have kids the should have plan to have the rooms next to each other or at least in the same floor .

great hotel, best I ever stayed, top SPA beautiful outdoor pool, several saunas, hotel has several restaurants, bars, everything has a lot of space, a lot of facilities for kids as well, play rooms,.... hotel is huge, ski rental directly in hotel, shuttle bus hotel - Corviglia 5 mins so you can really arrive in suit or pyjama and in 15 mins you are on slopes, service more than 100%, every member of the stuff will do their best, no pretended no played, naturaly, humanly. Definitely we will return back in future

It was a 100 out of 10 experience. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Kulm Hotel when visiting St. Moritz. Every stuff was professional, warm and kind. The faculties were in classic style but modernised with perfect usability and accessibility. I highly recommend the spa and treatment at Kulm Hotel as well. It was the top experience and I would like to come back every year.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world- but this one takes the cake. The service was incredible, unlike anything we have experienced. The food, the room, the attention to details- all absolutely amazing.

Loved the cleanliness of room and Comfort of toilet. Loved that hotel is flexible with deposit and payment.

Language was a bit of a challenge and concierge staff were very difficult to deal with. I did not like the checkout process, where our baggage was taken out from the room without our presence.

The hotel is beautiful. and you can tell is a St. Moritz landmark. We were very impressed with the rooms, the food, the service and how the staff goes above and beyond to take care of it´s guests. The details for our kids were amazing, from stuffed animals to free ice cream. We would love to go back.

Everything! It is AMAZING! The facilities are GORGEOUS. And clean and they just have so much to offer! Kids club. Arcade. Swimming pool. Spa. Lounge. Playground. Trampoline. Ping pong. It was INCREDIBLE!

Modern, comfortable clean rooms with outstanding views (lake front). Fantastic service - from knowledgeable front desk, concierge service, helpful travel passes and station pick-up. Everything you need is delivered.

The modern interior design inclusions (paintings, sculptures) could be increased to get the ‘mix’ right. This is just a suggestion to provide some productive feedback, rather than complaint of any kind.
