An unforgettable experience! The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Dinner exceeded all expectations – truly out of this world. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The spa was spacious and relaxing, and the gym was modern, well-equipped, and accessible around the clock.

It is a bit on the expensive side, but I guess usual guests of this hotel do not really have any problems with the budget.

Only complaint was the quality of the blankets, they were not a breathable material and the rooms were very hot and dry so sleeping was not pleasant but that will not take away from my review of the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, and I cannot praise it enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for something special. Every aspect of my stay was simply flawless, and I wholeheartedly rate this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10. It is definitely not the average price hotel and one would not expect so, staying in higher class hotels like Kempinksi. But in this particular hotel, every euro spent by the visitor is more than worth it The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel like a VIP throughout my entire stay. They were quick to assist with any request, and their genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction. The room was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breathtaking views from the window added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The hotel's location couldn't have been better.Additionally, the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel allowed me to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The entire ambiance of the hotel exuded luxury and sophistication. From the elegantly designed common areas to the carefully curated art and decor, every detail contributed to the hotel's overall splendor. The seamless check-in and check-out process was yet another testament to the hotel's efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. In conclusion, my stay was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent experience. I can confidently say that I will be returning to Kempinski on my future visits to St.Moritz. There was nothing that I didn't like.

It is very old style hotel with history! The most attractive thing is good service! The stuff is very hospital, especially the SPA-stuff. In the Kempinski hotel you can also realize the spirit of oncoming Christmas! Thank you so much!

The SPA was the highlight for me and my teenagers. Especially the sauna and pool have been used daily. That's definitely a reason to come back again. Best Concierge service I ever experienced!

Unfortunately, the new/young employees in the breakfast are not at a level I would have expected. However, the management was very reactive and corrected the inconveniences immediately.

every day my credit card was charged to raise the limit during our 4 day stay. This is very poor practice Your guests are not running away !! Several mistakes in charging my credit card which put me into unnecessary stress having to call my bank etc. all this is for extra 2000 euro charges during the stay. I thought swiss new better about hotel management. will not stay any longer !

We stay here for skiing every year but this was our first time for summer. Just heavenly. Amazing staff, nothing too much trouble, fabulous service, beautiful room and spa.
