Just wow. I'm a remote worker and used the hotel as a base where I could work in the morning and discover in the afternoon and it was perfect for it. There are a few rooms where I could sit and have some meetings, internet is quite fast and the view it helps a lot getting through some emails and boring chores. We (myself, my partner and our cat) found the whole hotel super comfy at any level. The hotel is places on a hill and very close to different villages and, as far as we can see you can even walk or get the bus. I've spent most of my time looking outside of the window or just walking outside with our cat on the leash. Breakfast is pretty simple but there is anything you need to get ready to hit the ski slopes. We also had dinner and it was very good... we've loved their deserts but also the parmigiana was super yummy. The place is extremely quiet that helped us recovering from the trip from NL we had over the last two days. Last thing and most important thing, the people are amazing and specifically Ivone that has been making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Hard to find something I didn't like, probably something I did't love was the separate bed but that's also cultural in my opinion.

The moment we stepped through the doors we were warmly greeted. The staff were warm, friendly, polite and professional. The hotel is absolutely magnificent, the details have been preserved and accentuated. It was spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious. We have stayed in some great places but this was by far the best of them all. Set away from any noise it was peaceful and the outlook serene and picturesque. It was our last night in Switzerland and it was perfect. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The staff were excellent. So friendly, helpful and accommodating. Cosy feel of the hotel. The family room was meant for 4, so it was very spacious for us. Kettle, fridge and microwave oven are shared in common area. There's a nice library with a cosy fireplace. Dinner available as set 3 course or ala carte. Breakfast was buffet style.

We didn't notice in the room description that there's no TV and telephone. Can be noisy in this family area. Room didn't have heater, only in the bathroom. There's no lift either.

It is a lovely hotel. At first we were not really happy with the room we booked but super friendly and helpful staff helped us to upgrade the room and we had an amazing experience, a lovely spacious room with a private bath. Also the house was made in authentic style with vintage furniture. They have a library and saloon, I felt like I'm in the 19th century. Also they presented me with a cake because it was my birthday and I was really touched. The breakfast also was nice and we tried dinner. It was also nice and fulfilling. Better than at some restaurants around. Would love to visit it again

Such a lovely staff and a place! We felt like we were in a castle. You have to be aware that hotel is a renovated old building with antique furniture. It smells like wood, it squeeks but (if you like that kind of decor) it’s beautiful and there is so much soul in it. Surroundings of the hotel is stunning. You see mountains, trees and even lake in the distance. It must be beautiful in every season. Waking up in a room surrounded with pines and seeing a squirrel there is a treasure memory. Everything is very clean - room, bathroom, bedding, huge towels. Staff members are the loveliest Swiss people I encountered! Lady and gentleman serving meals are so sweet and warm. All three people working at the reception are very helpful and kind. Also, we got a card that gives free commuting in the city and around. It is incredibly generous thing to get from a hotel. I would kindly recommend this place because of it’s uniqueness.

The only things I didn’t like is very thin pillow and additional charge for eggs for breakfast.

The breakfast provided was exceptional. I liked how they had a lot of options for everyone. I wanted to stay a few more days but unfortunately, I planned everything before getting there. I recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families. If you stay 2 or more days, they also provide a cable car ride or something which I missed.

I think I liked almost everything about this hotel.

The hotel was excellent with a lot of in house options for kids. We went with kids and they had a lot of fun playing in the snow and using the sleds provided by the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful.

The property does not have a lift. This is not a huge inconvenience when compared to all it's positives.

Nice breakfast, nice overall ambience, clean, warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Dinner option was good value for money. Great view from the hotel. Nice common areas to relax.

Room was small, sparsely equipped and did not invite to spend time there, but the nice common areas compensate for this somewhat. Shower curtain in the bathroom and lack of thermostat pulled down the experience a bit, but it was very clean.

The hotel is exactly as it looks in the photos, this felt like a family hotel and the kind of place where people return each year. The staff are friendly and quite a few people were having dinner on the Saturday night. The beds were comfy enough (2 singles). I am a light sleeper and thought I may struggle with a room at the top of the stairs but everyone seemed to settle down for an early night so it wasn’t a problem (same can’t be said for other hotels in St Moritz)

Everything we had planned was in the centre of St Moritz closer to the train station so this hotel was a little out of the way, we used a few taxis. Room was very warm.

Super friendly staff. Beautiful building located just above St. Moritz, within a convenient walking distance. The living room and the library created a really special atmosphere, where it was easy to interact with other people (if desired). We were staying with a 6-month old baby and everything needed was provided (baby cot, Stokke Newborn in the restaurant). We could park at the property (in front of the house).

The beds were relatively narrow and squeaky - no problem for us, but it was difficult to make sure our baby don't wake up.
