Clean hostel, big facilities, having a lift is appreciated. The staff was kind and helpful. I stayed in a 4 bed room and it had big lockers for each bed. They can keep your luggage before and after the check in/out. You can also rent a locker. A bit far from the center but there is a bus that takes you to the hostel.

They have only ONE WC in the floor, to be shared by 4-5 rooms (~20 people). So be prepared to wait for using it. 3 showers were available in the floor, which is okay. The beds don’t have curtains so you have no privacy and will be disrupted every time the door is open or the light is turned on. They should put curtains on each bed. They give you the bed sheets so you make your own bed. It is annoying if you arrive late and you have to make the bed before sleeping. I found it weird.

Staff is very nice. The room is clean and comfy and also the shared bathroom. The common areas are quite nice. Breakfast is good too and the people who work there are accommodating. Bus stop infront of the.hostel.

The pillows are too flat and too soft, it seems very old and of low quality. The floor we're in was noisy in the middle.of the night and I woke up several times because of people chatting, passing by in the corridor, even at around 5 am. There's no sound insulation at all! As you can hear everything (toilet flashes, next door chatting, etc.). Not sure if there was a large group staying there but at 5.30 am there were constant chats in the corridor or perhaps the next room..

The stay itself was very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and they speak good English. They also help you in planning your visit to places around St. Moritz. The property is easily accessible by bus from the Bhanhof (Railway station). They also arrange a buffet dinner for 20 Franks and boy it was worth it! Each room has four beds and a wash basin. Western Commodes and Showers are shared with others but are maintained well. This is the most affordable accommodation you can find in St. Moritz and it is absolutely worth it!!! Highly recommended

The hostel was perfect for a stay in St Moritz (Although the stairs at the front has no hand rail). Buses were frequent and right outside. The evening meal is good value for money and the breakfast is lovely too. Lots to choose from including many different cheeses and breads available for breakfast. Most guests cleared and cleaned the tables after they finished eating. The bar had a range of drinks available including beer and cider. Very clean and tidy. The hostel were able to reserve me a lower bunk bed due to my disability, but an improvement would have been an extra payable service to make the bed (Although I didn’t ask them to either) Luckily a lady in the room helped. They provide the bed sheet, pillow case and duvet cover but you need to make the bed, then remove covers and bring them down to reception when you leave. Toilets and showers were clean and tidy. The hostel catered for people of all ages, young children to older people. Everyone was friendly. Excellent stay and would definitely recommend.

We had a private room and it was generously sized, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Large opening windows and excellent heating made sure we could control the temperature to our liking. Lots of storage space and a sink in the room. The food was excellent! I was sceptical about it before arrival, but it was delicious and well worth the price. Recommended. The bus stop is literally at the front door, and it connects to the St Moritz Station in minutes, via the supermarket. Very convenient.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim. That's it. The rest was great.

Staff was super helpful and cordial. The location is not in the centre but it’s easily reachable by bus from anywhere in town. Beds were ok, not great but comfortable enough. Cleanliness was good. I will be happy to go back to this place.

Maybe not the hostel’s fault but a couple of nights the salad bar run out of food early and the kitchen staff said there was no more to replenish. Maybe guests help themselves more than they should but either there should be more control from the kitchen staff or more food.

Great staff, great bar and restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The locations is well serviced by public transport, with easy accessibility to gondola via bus, and close to hiking trails. Room was clean, comfortable and linen included. Great seating area for afternoon beverage. Close to an amazing pizza restaurant, Somme. The staff were very helpful with recommendations. Washing facilities available too.

There is only one elevator, and can feel a little crowded at times.

I loved the location of this place and what it has to offer in terms of keeping you and your family engaged. The rooms were clean even though the place is in the middle of a renovation. The St. Mortiz lake and church (also the central market)are 5 mins walk. The train station probably is like a 7-10 mins walk but its all so scenic that it doesn't hurts ;) The breakfast as well at the property is pretty apt and decent. I can recommend the place to any genre of traveler!

Clean, modern building with great views on the edge of the lake, south of city center. Good value including good breakfast. Full hostel facilities, clean and well-equipped room and bathrooms, large social area and restaurant. Elevator. Large storage areas in basement for skis, bikes etc. No shared kitchen which was a surprise for a hostel. They provide a 3 course dinner for 20CHF which we opted for, it was simple but adequate after long ride on Glacier Express.

Can walk into town center along the lake, but for the station with luggage - which is at the other end of the city - you would need a bus (ev 30 min, need CHF change for fare), or take a taxi (26CHF). Not the most convenient, but ok if you plan for it.

The room was equipped with old-fashioned furniture. However, everything was sparkling clean, the beds comfy and the shared showers and loos clean too and right next to the rooms. Breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection of things to choose from. Staff was friendly and efficient. If visiting on foot it is a bit of a walk but the bus stop is right outside the building, so fabulous too.

For the cost there is nothing to mention here st all.
