The hotel is immaculately clean with a perfect location. Bus stops are right outside of the front door and the shuttle to and from the train station is super helpful. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t have done more for me. Julien and Francesco at reception were great with recommendations and Carola helped me plan sightseeing and hiking. It was always lovely to see Luca and Davide in the restaurant at the start and end of every day who even remembered my coffee order every morning!

Spa facilities are a little limited.

We used the hotel’s valet service, and unfortunately, during the time our car was parked in their garage, a minor scratch occurred. The valet team (presumably responsible) refused to accept fault, even though it was clear the damage happened while the vehicle was in their care. They also refused to provide any formal documentation of the process. We didn’t have the time to spend hours waiting for police reports and an investigation. To avoid such complications, it’s best to either park alongside the valet staff and document the car’s condition together or ask for self-parking

The hotel location was great in the city centre and room was very clean. They provided free transfer to and from the railway station and also a transport card which provided free access to all the buses and cable cars in St Moritz. The card was really useful as we went to Piz Nair which was more than 3000 feet and really beautiful:) Breakfast buffet was also great with a selection of smoked salmon and Parma ham. We used their sauna, steam room and gym which were all well-equipped and well-maintained. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel!

Location was ideal in the centre of town. Exceptionally clean and the staff were both friendly and helpful. Bedding was soft and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with wide variety of options. Courtesy transfer with our luggage was helpful on the morning of departure when it was -16 degrees and freezing to walk.

Suggest an update of the decor and install walk-in showers rather than shower over bath option which is not user-friendly when the taps come off so easily. Suggest less furniture in the double superior room as it feels cramped. Brewed coffee needs to be with fresh beans instead of old filter variety. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay at Crystal Hotel. We were steps away from the funicular to Chantarella and the ski rental shop were also next door, which made our skiing trip wonderful. At Crystal hotel, Lea, Filippa and Elisa offered amazing service and made our stay extremely comfortable. Our room was very comfortable and we will plan on staying here again for our spring break next year. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location in the heart of city and 2 min from ski lift. Stuff is nice and helpful.. Service is twice per day and always in time.. Bed, pillows are very comfortable and soft, room a bit small but cosy. Sauna and steaming are quite nice. Transfer from/ to railway station.

Breakfast is till 10.15 and they start to remove everything sharply at this time in front of you. The variety could be better though all necessary stuff is there

The staff were very friendly and services were superb throughout. The room was very nice and clean. We liked the smell of wood in our room. Conditorei Hanselmann was very next door. Shops and galleries were in walking distance. Breakfast had both hot and cold buffet choices and we really liked their scrambled eggs and fresh mini croissants. They operated a complimentary shuttle van to / from the train station. We also had an easy walk from the train station. You go one floor down from tracks and walk towards the lake and turn right/ westward. In about 50 yards there’s an elevator to a bridge to a big parking structure which has a long escalator up to a main street and in another 50 yards or so you arrive at hotel easily avoiding climbing up the steep street. They offered a free spa use. We went for dry saunas which are separated for men and women. Then we were told there’s co-ed area for steam sauna and ultra red heat sauna. No bathing suits were allowed but we could take our towels. My wife and I were to meet there only to realize majority did not wear any 😊😊. Had a nice but short sauna. An interesting experience to remember 👍. They also provided complimentary drinks in the mini-refrigerator: two beers; two cokes; two orange juices; two of what tasted like vitamin c drink. The bed was very very comfortable with high quality pillows and comforters.

This is a beautifully done hotel, very comfortable room and great facilities. The restaurant was excellent.

I always walk from train stations to my hotels in Europe. This one was tough as it was all uphill. Had I known that ahead of time and not been so stubborn I would have used their shuttle service. I'm almost 80 and travel for long period of time with a heavy suitcase. Clearly I was too stubborn to not walk, but next time, I'll be a bit more aware of available options. If I had known about the climb ahead of time, I probably would have planned not to walk. By time I was 1/2 way, I certainly did not want to walk down the fairly steep roads - :)

Everything was perfect! Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room and delicious food with excellent service. Highly recommend this place. Note. They will shuttle you to and from train station if you ask.

Nothing. We walked around town looking for food options and decided to do the "off board" 3 course meal at the hotel. Best 48 swiss frank meal I've ever eaten! Staff was excellent!

This hotel is perfect service. I love the white table cloth at the breakfast. Feels like the Royals table 😜 Everything is good. Cute room. They have the mini bar that refills everyday. They also gave the card for traveling by bus or by train to go around St. Moritz, including going up to Piz Nair for free. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Dressed very well. very good breakfast. The location is in the heart of st Moritz. Exactly at the bus stop of Shulhausplatz. They have the pick up and transfer car to the St Moritz station. Eventhough we didn't know about this. But some other hotels also have this pick up service, since it's going uphills from the station, not far but uphill. And the nice staffs of Monopole hotel took us to our hotel, since Monopole hotel is also just a few steps from Crystal. Very good gesture of hospitality in St. Moritz. And one more thing : they have fitness centre and Sauna for free use.

Nothing. I love everything. Maybe just the super expensive hotel for me 😜😝 St. Moritz is famous for the rich to come for holiday with their private jet. I just taste a bit of luxurious feeling.
