There is a pizzeria/restaurant named Ricardo’s. Food and drinks are great! Staff is extremely pleasant and polite!

Room (with balcony) is small and noisy, since the balcony faces the main street. No amenities such as coffee/chocolate machines. Water bottles are not replenished during the stay. Pictures on booking website gives the feeling that is a tremendous hotel in the alps. Don’t be foolish, look for videos at youtube. It is just a nice hotel. Nothing more than that. Last but not least least, bas value for money (expensive towards what delivers).

It is in the Center close to the lake and shops - has a bar and restaurant at ground floor if you want to relax without going out you just go down. You don’t hear the noises in your room well isolated.

Breakfast was included but very minimal. Reception with Colombian employee was great- in the morning there was somebody else at reception not nice or friendly at all. Employees make really difference.

The hotel is quite centrally located. If you come by car you can pay like 20 CHF per day to get a parking card and park in the underground parking garage next to the hotel, which is really convenient. Downstairs there's a restaurant where you can eat in the evening and also where the breakfast is served in the morning, both were really good.

The room felt really basic, the bed side tables were basically ground-level height, so not practical at all to put stuff on like a book or phone. One of the window mechanisms in our room was broken so we couldn't really open one window. The pillows for the bed were really bad. One was way too soft (you would just fully sink into it) and the other pillow was hard as a rock.

Generally a clean hotel (though toilet had not been cleaned prior to us arriving) otherwise appeared clean and this was maintained through our stay. The restaurant Riccardo’s was amazing however. Definitely would rate this and the staff also were very helpful and friendly.

The renovation - We arrived and found the property was under renovation in the lobby area. This meant there was no set reception and the cosy lounge area and bar was not in operation. It was frustrating as there was no prior knowledge about this or discount applied for the inconvenience. Pillows- one was thin and the other memory foam maybe and very hard. Almost needed just one that was in between. Mattress - memory foam and very firm and uncomfortable.

Considering this was one of the cheapest hotels in St Moritz and the reviews were mixed, we weren’t sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! We’d checked on street view first for the location as other guests mentioned not being about to find it. It was fine though - look for Ricardo’s restaurant! Great if you want somewhere relatively flat, not up the hill in town. We had a nice 20 minute walk through town to the hotel from the train station. And 20 minutes back along the lake. The restaurant food was really nice but waiters weren’t the friendliest. Reception staff were lovely and friendly! Unfortunately, the only part of the spa that we could get to work properly was the steam room so we felt a bit let down there. The room was clean and comfortable, hot though so that’s one downside as we couldn’t leave the window open due to noise from traffic - maybe they switch air conditioning on in summer but in April, it wasn’t on.

To hot.... underfloor heating so unable to regulate, had the windows open all the time, maybe it it's how most stays are like, where we are now is the same.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was warm and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, with hot & cold options. The steam room and sauna were nice to relax after a busy day. There were some nice restaurants just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes walking from the centre of town. There is also a bus service which passes in front of the hotel. The bus & train station is approx 20 minutes walking, and just a few minutes by bus.

it is a short walking distance to Lake St. Moritz and 2 big supermarkets.

I inadvertently booked a deluxe room and a standard room. The deluxe room is in the original building. The room and furnitures are aged and lacked of maintenance. The bathroom is so small that only a petite sized person can move freely. The shower door could not be shut because they were not lined up. The next day I moved to a standard room that is in the new wing. the room is only a bit smaller than the so called “deluxe room”. Since it is newer, I like it better than the deluxe room.

Clean, modern, included breakfast buffet (eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, fruit, bread, ham, various cheeses, juice, espresso, tea, cereal, some fresh vegetables). Dry sauna & steam room. Next to bus stop in St. Moritz Bad. Nice little balcony overlooking city street. Nice walk along (frozen) lake to downtown St. Moritz. The 2 bedroom family room had 2 bathrooms which was also lovely.

We came in December, rooms were very hot even though we turned the temperature all the way down. Front desk person didn’t know what to do, so we slept with balcony door ajar, which let it in some street noise, but at least the temperature was bearable.
