Super comfortable stay and nice and handy to restaurants and shopping galore. Best views for breakfast.

Despite not being too far from the station, if you’re travelling with luggage, take a taxi. The incline from station to accommodation is VERY steep.

Amazing view, definitely one of the best hotels to stay in for the view (room 25) and central location off all the shops and restaurants (within 25 meters) set back behind the main road so you don't hear any traffic or noise, this hotel is ideal for everything around, bus stop, taxi, restaurants, designer shops, everything right on top of it.

If walking to the hotel from St Moritz Station, when leaving the station walk left and head for a huge square silver building, this is te car park, enter via pathway to double doors, walk through the carpark and turn right, you will see 3 escalators these will take you up to the main road area, cross over and follow the road to the right, keep right up the hill and take you straight to the hotel, this is the easiest route, unfortunately I learnt this route when departing and walked right round following Google maps, bad choice it was a mission all up steep hills, follow these instructions and it will save both time and especially energy, or get a taxi right outside the station less than 5 min to the hotel.

Incredibly warm welcome by the reception staff! Everything was explained simply and clearly and all the information we needed was given upon our arrival. Could not fault the check in process! The rooms were exactly as expected - simple and met our needs. A comfy bed and neat and tidy bathroom. We only stayed the one night, but after a day of exploring it really was a great place to rest our heads.

This is not something that is wrong exactly, but just a simple suggestion - perhaps the addition of a small bar fridge in the room would help immensely. Being able to just buy some small snacks or water/drinks and keeping them chilled would be amazing. But really, I have no actual complaints.

Nice lake view. Location is up slope, need to turn left from train station and walk to basement carpark and from there go up 3 escalator, cross the road to the lift near to LV shop. Then go up the slope all the way to the hotel. We took a cab as snow shower.

Carpet is dirty, room heater is not working.

There are many negative reviews about this property on line. I expect this is because of the room selection or the authors were looking for a modern hotel. This property is older but it is elegant and quaint. Our family had two superior double rooms (34 and 37) which were comfortable and huge. The bathroom was better in 34 as 37 had the shower over the bath and was a bit difficult to get into. The views of the mountain and lake were spectacular from both rooms. 34 had a small fridge. 37 did not. 37 had a balcony. 34 did not. There was a lift in the property and if you arrived early luggage was to be stored in a makeshift room at the front which some authors criticised because it was not secure but there was seating to wait until the reception opened at 3 and in any event this is Switzerland.

The hotel is located in the center of St Moritz, with lots of restaurants nearby. The reception staff during the stay there, who were friendly and professional, check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The room decoration made plentiful use of wood, which matched the winter alpine atmosphere. The bathroom was in modern style and spacious, and the shower was hot and powerful. The self-service bar had a nice selection, including a tasty local beer.

It's hardly the hotel to blame, but the center of St Moritz is quite an uphill walk from the station, and the pavements have plentiful snow and ice. We later discovered there is an escalator that can save a lot of the effort!

The man at reception was super helpful and accommodated our request for a later checkout the next day. The view from the room was stunning and we loved the decor and the large size of the room.

It is quite a hike with suitcases from the train station and unfortunately we didn't discover the escalator (through the station carpark and further along the waterfront) until after we had hauled our cases up the streets to the hotel.

The ambience, location and views were just perfect.

However our only problem was that we had booked a taxi from the hotel to pick us up at 630 AM in the morning as we had our Glacier Express Train ride at 07:02AM. The hotel staff assured us that the taxi would reach at 630 sharp and we would reach the station within 5 minutes. The next morning we waited at the hotel lobby from 620am till 640 but the taxi didn't come. We even called his number but he didn't pickup the phone. We decided to walk to the station. It took us 20 minutes to get there in the snowfall. My 68yr mother and 77yr old father faced a lot of trouble walking down the hill. We reached with just 1 minute to departure of the train. I would suggest guests to book their own cabs and not go for taxis booked from the hotel as hotel staff are unavailable from 7pm to 7am.

Location was excellent. Our room was large and had a balcony. It had plenty of storage space and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and had two comforters, which was nice. The bathroom had a blow-dryer and toiletries, which was unexpected and appreciated. There was an honor bar that we used for a late night glass of wine, and that was really great!!

The pillows were minimally stuffed and essentially became flat immediately upon laying my head down. There were no extra pillows to stack and make up for it. However, we did not ask for extra pillows because it was late, and I suspect that the staff would easily be able to accommodate a request for more pillows.

I had a delightful stay at Chesa Languard. What I truly appreciated was its prime location—it offered breathtaking views and the serene atmosphere of St. Moritz. The warm hospitality stood out as well. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive to every detail, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, perfectly blending traditional Alpine charm with modern comforts. Overall, Chesa Languard made my visit to St. Moritz memorable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next trip.
