Best customer service from checking in till checking out. Very generous you feel like home, free snacks, free drinks and free cookies every corner of hotel. We felt like visiting our family back home. Special thanks to the best of the best staff, Catarina, Federic, Raya, Ana Marija and Laura. Many others that I did not get the chance to get their names. We were a family of 8 people had best time ever at hotel Grace La Margna St. Moritz.. The view from room was stunning, rooms bedding very comfortable.

Absolutely nothing, we liked everything and

The staff was amazing and easygoing, didn’t cause any troubles while checking in. Easy to talk to and very delightful. The restaurant was amazing the rooms were clean and nice.

I had mentioned that we were celebrating my husband's birthday, and we were warmly welcomed with champagne and a chocolate cake waiting in our room – such a thoughtful and elegant gesture. The room itself was lake-facing, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully prepared. Everything we could possibly need had been considered. The location was ideal for us, especially because we were taking the Bernina Express the next day – the hotel is directly across from the train station, which made things so easy. Despite the short distance, the hotel staff kindly offered to drive us to the station at no charge, which was a truly generous touch. Breakfast was excellent, and they even packed croissants for us to take on the train – a small detail that meant a lot. All central attractions were within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. While I didn't visit for skiing and can’t comment on that aspect, I did notice that the hotel provides regular shuttle service to the slopes. Lastly, the reception staff were absolutely delightful – warm, helpful, and always smiling. This hotel truly deserves every one of its stars.

This was our favorite hotel in Switzerland. So many little details that they think of and take care of. The breakfast was also the best we had. So many beautiful homemade items. We also really enjoyed dinner at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a problem with our booking somehow the correct amount of people weren’t booked via booking.com. The Staff at Grace assisted us with professionalism and kindness (we had to change rooms from our booking) The shuttle was great to take us to and from the train as well as into the town. No detail was left unattended.

Location is a stones throw away from the train station. A welcomed plus point after hours of travelling to get there. The hospitality was on point from start to finish. The room was beautiful with a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. The rooms amenities catered for everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Little treats in the room were exceptional from the dehydrated Swiss apple snacks to the Swiss version of soft drinks in the mini bar with a lovely dessert treat in a box. We had an early dinner from the bar menu and it didn't disappoint. The food and drink were exceptional. The breakfast had attention to detail aesthetically as well as flavour it was superb. Would have loved to have them catering halal so we could also enjoy the meat options on the menu too. The spas was lovely, although we didn't have treatments. The use of the other facilities had u s revitalised beautifully for a fast pace last couple of days we had planned ahead of us over the next couple of days for the reminder of our trip. They have a pillow menu! Who has a pillow menu ? Attention to detail was the phernominal to help us maximise our stay in comfort, and the staff could do enough to cater to our needs. We are looking forward to visiting again in the winter season as we can only imagine how beautiful it will be then with the snow filled landscape and frozen lake. Spectacular hotel in a class of its own. Spacious room, very comfortable bed and bathroom. Public spaces like bar, lounge and restaurant beautiful with breathtaking views. Spa, saunas and pool lovely with indoor and outdoor space. Staff friendly and helpful. Attention to all the little details. Had breakfast at the hotel with extensive, high quality buffet with options off menu as well. A truly luxurious hotel.

So the location was absolutely exceptional. We took the train from Tirano, Italy and the station was a 3 minute walk to the hotel. The view was also spectacular. The mountain range across from the property is amazing. The staff was nothing short of great. They kindly took us to a local restaurant where we had dinner reservations and picked us up! Uber and taxis were spotty so they jumped in to assist without being asked. This amazing view was the centerpiece of the breakfast restaurant too. And breakfast was quite lovely. Staff was super attentive almost too much but we enjoyed every bite. Best pillows evert!

So booking was a bit unclear. We booked a room in the 'old' building but it seemed amazingly modern and almost brand new. Also, we only spent one night there and booked a room without a view of the mountains, I mentioned this at checkout and was told that was what we chose. Had we known how amazing it was we would have chosen a room with a view. New people don't know how amazing it is. Had they mentioned it we would have offered to pay more for this. It's hard to describe how beautiful the view and the property is from an online booking site. And even a bit challenging from their own website. Sometimes you find out more when you arrive to such an exceptional property. Definitely would come back.

This was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The staff were incredible! They were helpful and accommodating of all our requests and questions. The hotel itself is amazing with a fantastic view of the lake and super close the train station for activities. Everywhere we looked, the hotel had provided a perfect little "touch" to make our stay a little more perfect. The high point was dinner at The View restaurant. This was the best meal my wife and I have ever had! The staff were fully attentive while also being friendly and relaxed. The food was incredible! Great experience.

It was everything RIGHT!!! Beautiful view of the lake, spacious and well appointed rooms, incredible spa, superior food and the staff were all very kind and helpful!!! Caroline Oestergaard Nielsen and Oliver Grassi stand out as Super Stars!!! Their customer service skills were amazing!!! They each deserve Gold Medals!!! The hotel room is amazing and with all amenities. Everything was perfect and the staff were very friendly. The spa is great with a beautiful view over the mountains. Breakfast was not the best. For a 5 star hotel, the breakfast was disappointing. The pastries at the buffet (canelés and cinnamon buns) were not fresh at all. Probably from the day before. The scrambled eggs were always overcooked and not creamy.
