Location was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. The kitchenette was well equipped and the bathroom was of a good size and spanky clean. As an active outdoor family, it came in very handy to have free access to (3!) washing machines and dryers. The mezzanine bedroom was fantastic with heaps of storage space. The duvets were very nice and comfy. The free usage of cable cars and public transport via the Engadin Card is included in most hotels but what made this one exceptional, albeit a small thing, is that when we told the reception staff that we would like to make use of the cards on our check-out day but were not planning to return to Celerina, we were handed a pre-stamped envelope so we could drop the cards into any letterbox in the country.

Nothing really- but if there was one thing it’d had to be the floors - the concrete walls and the wood gave the hotel in general and the rooms in particular a rustic look, which was absolutely fine. However, the floors (design, color, material) did not quite match up with the rest…

The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and spacious. The unit also had a kitchenette with the basics. There was also a laundry room to do laundry. It was a short walk to the Celerina Cresta Palace bus stop or the Celerina Staz.

The breakfast at 15CHF per person was very disappointing and was not close to the standard we received elsewhere during our 6 week stay in Switzerland, and was also the most expensive of all our hotel breakfasts. It was cold meats, cheese, muesli and yoghurt and bread and very tasteless fruit. The cold meats did not cater for persons who do not eat pork. At all other hotels they also gave you boiled eggs which was missing at this breakfast. The rooms are very nice but I would skip breakfast and prepare your own in your room.

We postponed our stay and the hotel did not charge us!!! Three days free ride for all Engadin cabelecars to Corvatsch, Diavolezza etc. included! Great value!!

We had a two story appartement with beds upstairs. Toilet downstairs which is uncomfortable when you have to go to the toilet during the night. Bad for elderly people. They should book a normal room.

The staff were very helpful. The bar manager Chris has to be commended for his help and positivity. Reception didn't explain that we could eat there. In fact she said they don't do food. We found out by talking to barstaff that hot food is served. The hotel was new and I would stay there again. Disappointed they charge chf5 for a towel as we booked a basic room.

Modern property with a great working laundry room which is hard to find in the country. It is joint by a hostel but we stayed at the hotel side - fuss free and quite clean. We love the layout of our room.

The sofa bed they setup on the 1st floor has some hard particles on it which hurt my feet, and the curtain is quite transparent leading directly to the hostel dining area - it could have been better with a blackout or privacy curtain for privacy. If you lost your key, please keep it safe otherwise they will charge accordingly. Location is quite a walk from Celerina station - walking there with luggage in the snow can be quite daunting! Not much F&B around or onsite but there's a good cafe at the corner

Celerina is a great location and better value than neighbour St. Moritz. It is very close to St. Moritz and away from the crowds. Hotel is clean, friendly and comfortable. We booked late for a simple one night stay at the busiest time of the year and were very happy to find such a good option.

We stayed in the break between Christmas and New Years and at rush hours it took quite a long time to get back and forth between Celerina and St. Moritz with our car. We estimate it is not always like that. We also found Celerina to have a limited offering of restaurants and cafes.

Great place for sports enthusiasts. Also great for someone looking for a hotel with value. The hotel has 3 washer/dryers for guest use free of charge. The laundry also has a door to a "drying" room for your wearable sports gear. The hotel also has a sports equipment storage room for your bike/skis. At first, it seemed a little odd that the check-in desk, bar, and restaurant counter were also "all-in-one"; however, it was done tastefully and worked very well.

The hotel is designed for sports enthusiasts so the walls and floors are cement and tile for easy cleaning...which is a plus as I prefer the cleanliness. The only negative, which I discussed with the staff - is the bed is way too firm.

4-bed rooms are amazing, its not bunk beds but rather separate beds and there is plenty of space and storage area. Shared showered and bathrooms are amazingly clean. Breakfast is simple but good. There is free parking. And also the free shuttle bus to the gondola is a big plus!

There was a special 47chf ski ticket deal with the terms: amount of night of stay = amount of tickets at this price. We payed for 32 nights of stay and since not all the people came or skied we wanted to use the spare tickets on the day of leaving, but the guy at the reception was completely not flexible in these terms. Some collegues were in a different hostel in St Moritz and there it wasnt a problem at all.

Location is great and view from the room is a big plus. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room and all facilities were crystal clean. Breakfast is a tasty buffet. Free parking lot available near property and another 50m further if there is no available space near entrance. The one additional advantage is the AC 11kW charger available for 10 CHF for charging session if you plan to go by PHEV or EV.

Lack of towels. You need to remember to take your own.

Shared bathroom facilities were poor to say the least. Timed shower taps, nowhere to hang clothes/towels, the shower head was like a single streamed jet and the auto light system left you in the dark if you were in there for more than a few minutes
