Wonderful location in the countryside near Locorotondo. Beautiful grounds, swimming pool. Very relaxing vibe. Wonderful hosts, thank you. Very welcoming and great service. Excellent undercover dedicated parking in the grounds. Did not want to leave! Excellent central location for visiting several important sites in Puglia like Matera, Locorotondo, Alberobello

The location of the hotel is lovely; in the countryside but not too far from the main towns with their wonderful sights. The room was comfortable with a very good shower and clean bathroom etc. We thought the room was a tad small and it would have been nice to have another table to put items on. Giuseppe and Graziana were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome with tea and cake - even when we arrived way after our expected arrival time (thanks Ryanair! 😠) at about 11pm. The breakfast was very good value with plenty of coffee and a variety of sweet and savoury. Unfortunately, the pool appeared to be unheated and was too cold in May to take a dip. Would thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel.

The large and clean room with a comfy bed. We loved everything! This spot is amazing! We didn't get to use the pool, but we'll be back one day to try it! The location is between Alberobello and Locorotondo. Giuseppe was very welcoming, I asked for a cup of tea as the weather had turned cold and he managed to make it, although it was late. The care taken to restore his grandparents' house and maintain the architecture of this place, shows his personality and commitment. Well done!!

The poor road conditions near Alberobello and Locorotondo.

Very nice B&B with friendly staff. On arrival some explanation of touristic places in the neighbourhood. Nice swimming pool. BBQ place available. You can get coffee during the day and there is an additional refrigerator near to swimming pool that you can use to keep your drinks cool. Good place to park your car (free). Breakfast is excellent, on request scrambled eggs are being prepared. Lot's of space on the premises. Close to Locorotondo and Alberobello (Trulli's). During our 2,5 weeks stay in Puglia this was the best B&B. Owners speak very good english, which make communication easy.

Everything with the stay was perfect. Giuseppe initially gave us recommendations and he and his wife were super friendly and helpful during the stay. No complaints.

The only particular thing to mention was in the bathroom; there is a window, through which you can hear the (bath)room next door, which maybe was a bit awkward for both rooms. Maybe they could close the window :-)

What a beautiful place, run by a lovely couple. Thank you Giuseppe and Graziana for your hospitality. Peaceful surroundings, a gorgeous pool, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms and a great base for day-trips to Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni and the other delightful attractions of Puglia!

Nothing at all, it was fantastic!

The countryside location midway between Locorotondo & Alberobello is perfect for visiting the whole Valle d'Itria area. This old farm complex has an array of separate rooms, ours had a private balcony (which the weather stopped us using). The room was small and quaint but adequate for our stay. Due to the cold weather we couldn't make use of the lovely pool , BBQ area or the grounds but the star of the stay was the very traditional breakfast feast. Flans, tarts, cakes, meats & cheeses as well as lovely coffee and juices. Our hosts were totally attentive and always willing to give advice and help.

The staff is amazing, Graziana and Giusepe. Relaxing and quiet location. Close to Alberobelo and Locorotondo. A treasure and the middle of vale D’itria. I would recommend it a thousand times.

Location is private and intimate. Perfectly located between the famous cities of Locorotondo and Alberobello. Not too far from major cities as Monopoly, Bari, Ostuni etc... Staff was impeccable and helpful in helping us organise the activities for our stay.

Location was great! Very quiet with wonderful surroundings but close to locorotondo an alberobello. Owners are very helpfull.
