We got a free upgrade to a suite instead of our booked standard room. The staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. The suite was big and comfortable with a nice shower. The breakfast was included. It conveniently right of the high way, so a perfect place to stay if you're using it as a stay between traveling.

The interior of the rooms was a bit outdated, so it did not look super nice anymore. The breakfast was not very high quality. Most of it felt cheap or not very tasty. It was nice that it was included, but would have expected a bit more quality from it.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The rooms were beautifully designed, offering top-tier comfort and elegance. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The restaurant was a true gem—exquisite cuisine, especially the pizza, which was nothing short of perfection. Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The entire experience was so enjoyable that I can’t wait to come back!

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was of the highest quality, from the service to the food and accommodations.

Upon arrival, the reception was extremely friendly and advise we had a free upgrade to the hotel Lomazzo while we had booked for the Motel Lomazzo which is adjacent. I replied nothing was mentioned on the site of booking and the answer was that rooms described as "independencia" or something like that means the Motel and not the Hotel. Personally, I would prefer to have a clear description of the options of Motel or Hotel, and let the guest pay for what he chooses. For my last booking at same hotel, i booked in the same way and had a similar room, without feeling I received a favor to be in the Hotel side while I had booked in the Motel side. Other than that, staff was extremely welcoming and with warm hospitality. I recommend the place to travellers.

The bed was very comfortable and especially after 10h trip that’s what we needed. They had a bed and water bowl for our dog ( which was very thoughtful). Breakfast was also nice and it was convenient that the location was next to the highway. The restaurant was also nice and the people at the reception. The room and spaces were clean.

Even if everything was clean, the hotel does need some maintenance. It’s small things in the room that could definitely get fixed.

Very nice hotel near highway and the airport, pleasant staff in the reception and in the bar. My son and I arrived from the airport late at night (the flight was delayed due to a storm) and we were really hungry, the restaurant was already closed, but the gentlemen at the bar made us food and were very helpful and funny. The room was a bit older, but clean, the beds were comfortable, it was cleaned daily and everything was to our satisfaction. The breakfasts were quite sufficient. Free parking either outside in front of the hotel or in the underground garages below the hotel, perfect. I recommend the accommodation!

Just Hotel Lomazzo Fiera is just off the motor way which is great if you have just done a 7 hours trip and didn't want to negotiate Italian traffic at rush hour. Modern hotel with comfy rooms and beds. Shower was good. Breakfast was fine, wide choice and set you up for the rest of the day

The restaurant was both good and not so good. The pizzas that they do are excellent and seem to be a speciality, other items on the menu do not seem as popular.

Convenient location right by autoroute. Easy to find. Huge hotel/motel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good to be able to park right outside motel room. Dog friendly. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Rooms in motel are a bit tired- loose sockets and sanitary ware, tiles etc. WiFi poor. Breakfast ok but not great. Charge for small dog (who makes less mess than many humans) was comparatively high at €20.

Easy to find, close to the motorway. We got an upgrade to a nicer room with a balcony. Great shower and comfortable bed. The hotel has a restaurant/pizzeria which is reasonably priced. The pizzas we had were superb.

Breakfast was a bit limited: it could be easily improved by having real Italian bread instead of long life sliced and possibly some fresh vegetables and fruit choices. The hot food selection looked unappetising and didn’t taste nice.

We had asked for a quiet room with normal windows, and what we were given was very nice and much better than what we had a couple of months ago (last time we had a room with the windows painted over and a sagging mattress). The location is conveniently close to the Swiss border and the autostrada. Staff was very nice.

The breakfast room is rather cramped, food is not always replenished. Limited choice given the price.

Lovely welcoming staff and a very comfortable big room and bed. Had an excellent night's sleep. Our request for a low floor was met. The hotel is easy to find off the motorway and has ample parking. Dinner - we chose to have served outside and the service was efficient and charming. Portions are huge - not often salads defeat us. Breakfast - a bit more chaotic due to the layout of the multiple buffet stations. Again very helpful staff. A wide choice of hot and cold food. We will definitely stay here again.
