This is a shame to mention, but only negative is if your stay includes a dog, Firstly, the booking site says 'an additional charge may apply', which is fine, as in our experience, there is always a nominal charge, typically €6 - 8 per night. Upon arrival, we were advised during check-in that the cost for the dog was €20 per night, why that much? Given the additional cost for a dog always applies, the booking site should really state accordingly, along with cost. As we always travel with our dog, this level of additional charge would deter us from re-booking.

The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was impeccable. When we checked in, we received a free upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The staff was extremely helpful. Special thanks to Vincenzo which took his time to answer all our questions. He even printed the bus itinerary to help us reach Lake Como more easily. 100% recommend this hotel. P.S. When we checked out, we received a bag of homemade pasta from their restaurant, which was a very nice gesture.

I’ve got the upgrade of the room and they have provided me with the tea and kettle as i asked. The room was big and modern, clean and comfortable. The people on the reception were super friendly. Location is perfect for those who is passing by just to overnight late night and keep driving next morning.

I didn’t like the dinner … ordered pasta carbonara and it was a disaster, all the possible fats weee inside of that pasta, so I wasn’t able to eat it.

When we arrived we got the most amazing welcome and that was symptomatic of the whole of our stay. Everyone was so helpful and professional and friendly and kind. The room was great; really well equipped and the dinner was excellent. They have a very good chef. Breakfast was really good too. We stayed in 4 different places en route to our final destination and this was quite the best and certainly not the most expensive.

We liked everything. If, when you arrive, your heart sink’s slightly when you see the location - press on. You’ll find that they have done an amazing job making the restaurant look great and the rooms look over the road to fields and the staff are wonderful

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and well appointed. There was a good choice of food for breakfast. It had a large carpark.

It was located adjacent to an apparent industrial area on the edge of town. We found it very difficult to find, and information about which exit from the A9 motorway into the town to use would have been helpful.

Real nice food and very good coffee. Also the employees were very kind. They make their own pasta, very cool.

Sockets in the room are too tight to insert laptop adaptors. A bit old infrastructure. But hey, not a big deal

Marco at the desk is super friendly and helpful, just like the rest of the staff. Very nice setup with great Italian breakfast, super quiet and comfortable. Close to our destination, we would stay here again next time.

The reception staff were lovely . The bed was very comfy. There was good parking and a supermarket across the road. Breakfast was also decent. The restaurant attached is delicious!!! If you are vegetarian you just have to remind them.

Was a little disappointed they added to the bill for what we were told were complimentary starters we didn't order. BUT the food was delicious. Hotel is right on the main road. Didn't matter for me but if you are a light sleeper... maybe.
