The first night I stayed in a room with six beds, a bathroom in that room, and a balcony facing the street. I liked that room a lot, since it was very quiet, also when it comes to traffic rumour during the night, which I thought would be a problem. It was good having a bathroom inside the room, since it makes it easier one's bathroom habits that way. The beds look new, and the bed linen were pleasant. The mattress could have been more comfortable, but that's my only small negative comment. The bathroom looked clean, and pretty recently renovated, as did the rest of the rooms I saw. The kitchen also looked great. I didn't use it, but to me it's a big plus if you could make your own meals where you stay. I also like that you get a drawer under your bed where you can put away your belongings, and that you can lock it with a padlock. You need to bring your own, but the shackle can't be very thick in order for it to fit through the hole. I got to borrow a very small padlock, so you could maybe do the same. The second night I got to stay in a two bed room, facing the courtyard between the bedrooms, and the building where the reception, restaurant, and rec room are. It was also a nice room, but of course it was a quite loud experience until the very popular restaurant closed around 11 p.m. So if you prefer having a quiet room, I would advice you to ask for a room facing the street. Another good thing is that there is a bus stop maybe fifty meters down the street. I only tried one of the buses (#92, which goes every five minutes in the day time), and that one you could take from Milano Centrale all the way there, and it goes past other big commuting hubs also. The buses often get stuck in traffic though, so you need to be patient, and not in a rush.

The only thing I could really say anything negative about was the mattresses, but the first night I slept very well, and it didn't bother me much, so they're not that bad.

Clean and a lot of bathrooms/showers. My dorm had a balcony and really good AC. Comfy bed. Well isolated bathroom in the room. Helpful and welcoming friendly staff. Close to the train so easy to get into town. Nice restaurant and close to bar and cafe as well as several food stores.

Small kitchen area. No area for social hangout except for restaurant/patio where it felt like you needed to buy something to sit. My bed was number 7 in a dorm and all others were bunks but mine a half bunk so no top. When people turned on the ceiling light in the middle of the night I had no coverage. When people passed my bed they were looking down on me, the same with one of the top beds across the room. My rooms sink tap was broken and we had to use knobs under the sink.

Nice and cozy hostel! My room for 6 woman was pretty cool! Beds, toilet and shower were clean. You can order breakfast, lunch and dinner, also they have happy hour when you can order drinks for 4 euros. They dont provide towels, but you can rent it for 2 euros. Milano Bovisa Politecnico station is just 10 minutes from hostel which is very comfortable if you go to the Malpensa airport. Bus and tram stop is also very close to rhe hostel and you can easily get to the city centre.

Bed was very comfortable. The hostel location is great. I really like that. And the restaurant part is amazing. They have so healthy and good food. With transportation tram 🚉 is very close to city center in 30 min. Como Lake is 40 min. Train is 7 min to hostel. We really liked the location.

I didnt like the toilets was very small. And together with shower. So if someone is going to shower. You can not use the toilet. The hygiene was not good. There is no napkin for face. Body lotion and conditioner is not available in the shower. The only thing they should fix. Otherwise everything is great.

The staff is amazing. Ibrahim maked sure my check-in was easy. Ange in the receptions is EXCEPTIONAL, aways with a smile and treating guests as friends. The room is confortable, the drawer under the bed helps with organization, the bed has a curtain and is very private. The space outside for a drink is nice. The bar has an amazing variety of both foods ( vegetarian as well ) and drinks where Valeria, Alessandro e the whole staff is always smiling and helping you out. I had a late night check-out and the reception was extremely police and helpful. The bus station is 2 min away and take you right to the center very easy.

The power went out so we didn't had hot water the whole day, and the room was a bit cold. But as soon as I talked with both Ibrahim and Ange in the reception, they were completely helpful to fix the situation.

Was a bit worried about location - since it's far from metro - but it appeared to be very good - trolleybus #92 goes directly to Milano Centrale and tram #2 goes to most of the sightseeing spots - the stop is just round the corner from the hostel, interval is every 10 min. Room is big enough, have enough hangers for clothes. Very convenient handle to climb to the upper bed. Bed is very clean and comfortable, have curtains and light and USB charger in addition to normal plug. Kitchen a bit small, but has all you need. Good Supermarket is just in front of the tram stop. Bathrooms have soap and enough toilet paper. Have a laundry nearby - round the corner - checked it put, but didn't use.

Sometimes the bathrooms were not clean after some guests - but that's not the hostel's fault - we need to learn to clean after ourselves.

Excellent Stay and Warm Staff I stayed for one night from the 27th to the 28th of May and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a short stay. What truly stood out was the kindness of the staff – from check-in to check-out, everyone was very friendly and helpful. On the morning of my departure, a young woman at the front desk assisted me during check-out, and she was incredibly kind and professional. Her warm attitude made my last impression of the hostel even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-located stay in Milan.

Coffee was very good. Mornings in the garden were my favourite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location not bad with variety of buses which would take you either to Milano Centrale or Duomo. The closest metro line was around 20 min walk, so if you want to do some steps, you have perfect opportunity to do it. In the neighbourhood variety of shops and cafes and restaurant.

In the kitchen, the place for drying dishes was a bit too small, so after the whole day all the dishes were there and barely fit which created a risk of them falling on the floor. Overall cleanliness was ok. I saw that cleaners were doing what they could to keep areas tidy. It was people who were staying there who didn't keep the proper standards.

-no hand towel in the bathroom, lack of hooks for towels in the bathroom -there was no hot water in the shower on the last two days of my stay (on the whole floor), but the staff was trying to resolve the issue -press tap in the bathroom sink and shower (I understand it is for the water conservation, but it does not allow for self regulating of the water flow and becomes annoying)

Classic hostel with shared rooms. The rooms are for 4-8 people and some of them are with the bathroom right in the room, which is also nice. The reception works 24/7. Location is OK, about 15 minutes to the nearest metro station (yellow line - Dergano) and 5 minutes from the train station (Milano Bovisa-Politecnico) and around 5 minutes to a big supermarket (Tigros). Staff at the reception was nice and friendly (I would suggest more clear instructions where the reception is located - you have to go to a bar, which is not so intuitive). There is also a bar for drinks and some food.

There could be a little shelf next to the bed for personal items, otherwise everything was great.
