The hospitality is incredible, and this is a pension/hotel we would absolutely stay in again. We really enjoyed the sisters and their proximity to the Sanctuary. We parked out car nearby in a paid spot. The rooms were clean, and we had space for our little one. The breakfast was nice and everyone was very kind. I think my favorite was their knowledge of the schedule and the basilica of Our Lady of Loreto. If you are a pilgrim, then I suggest you stay at this hotel.

Know that you travel by car you have to park it in a paid parcheggio area nearby

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel was right in front of the Basilica and their breakfasts were really good. Would come back again.

It could get a bit noisy at night because is right besides a main road. I sleep a bit early, that's why that was a bit uncomfortable, but anyone who sleeps a bit late won't have this problem.

The convent is a great location and very quiet and peaceful. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. My only complaint is that I imagine because they are a convent , the messages I sent were not answered. We think we left a bag of dirty clothes and tried to contact by both phone and message through booking.com to see how we could get the items returned to us.

This is a really lovely place to stay, Sister Silvia is an incredible host, she is always taking care of their guests making everything very confortable and lovely. Also the property is basically right at the corner of the central plaza, definitely best location in town.

It was a bit cold and we couldn’t turn on the heaters, maybe a couple more blankets in the rooms would have been nice.

The breakfast has exceeded my expectation, after reading the previous review feedback. The breakfast has a good variety as a standard three stars hotel in Italy. The location is superb, very close to basilica.

I feel personally winter may be a good time to come, it was so hot during summer. The hotel location is helpful and convenient.

Superb location, 1 min walk to Basilica, easy access to the hotel. Wonderful Customer Service. Cristina was extremely friendly and kind. I had to leave very early and I was offered a packed breakfast which was very helpful.

That I had to leave so soon 😔

We enjoyed the freshly baked cornettos not to mention the hot drink options. Christina was exceptionally accommodating and made us really feel at home!

It is very close to Basilica , only 1-2 minute walk and there is Sister Maria Sylvia which she was very helpful and very kind.. Also other staffs are very friendly and kind.. You will feel like staying at home.. I will come back again this year

The staff was very friendly. The hotel located at a very good place, near the basilica. Everything is very clean in the hotel.

The shower cabin was very small, it was difficult to get into it and take a shower.

We love that the location could not be more perfect… literally next to the Sanctuary of the Holy House of Loreto, you can’t get anymore convenient than that. We love how sweet and hospitable Sister Sylvia and Sister Anna were… and most of all, excellent value for the price…
