The location was absolutely perfect — close to the heart of Ancona, yet with stunning views of the sea and just steps from the Passetto. The room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and spotless, with elegant details. The balcony overlooking the Adriatic was a dream. Breakfast each morning was delightful, with a wide selection of fresh sweet and savoury items. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and always ready with great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The outdoor pool area was lovely and relaxing. The room was quiet and very comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel special. The staff made me feel truly cared for.

Perhaps staying longer. I didn’t want to leave!

Superb location, lovely original decor in the communal areas such as walnut doors and marble floors. The original lift is so charming! We loved the little vintage light up locator by the lift, do check this out. We had one of the newly refurbed rooms and it was very clean and very comfortable with a lovely sea view. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely. What a classy, memorable little gem.

Free bottled water each day in the room would be great, but this is only a small thing, everything was really lovely.

Comfortable hotel and decent-size room with all necessary amenities and good blinds to sleep soundly through the night. The hotel is nicely decorated and the breakfast is generous, offering multiple options for all tastes. The gym is well-equipped and the staff is friendly and helpful. My room faced the back street of the hotel, which was quiet at night.

The only thing to take into account is that the hotel is a 20-min walk from the city centre through a lovely promenade.

We stayed in a room with sea view and balcony which we loved. Yes, the hotel is right on a road which can be busy (and a little noisy) at times. At the same time it is in walking distance of the beach, just walking down the stairs. Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom with a nice bathtub. The breakfast was really good. The pool was alright and in front of the hotel there was lawn furniture. We used to walk to the town centre though you could also easily take the bus.

The close proximity to the road - but that's something that can't be changed.

Everything went well. We loved our room with balcony & sea view, the staff could not have been kinder, breakfast was fabulous and although we didn't use the public areas downstairs, they looked really comfortable and we'd definitely try them out if we come back. The off-street parking was a huge bonus - there are a few spaces directly outside the hotel and a huge car was reversing out just as we arrived, so we were able to slot in there. We had booked into their private garage (around 15 Euros) but in the end, we didn't need it. This is a wonderful place - we couldn't recommend it more highly.

Absolutely nothing! All was perfect and we couldn't have enjoyed it more.

It was clean, luxurious, and had a view of the ocean. The staff were multitudinous and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and there were many options. There were many restaurants around and the seaside was a short walk.

It is a bit far from the station, about a €20 cab ride. Not a big deal but something to consider. There aren't many stores around but there happened to be a street fair when we were there so plenty of action. That said, it was fairly loud and not as relaxing as we hoped, but that's not the fault of the hotel. Check the Italian holiday schedule well if you don't want to get caught by surprise.

Wifi was less than minimum, I wasn't able to check my emails etc. The TV ,you should provide or make a few English channels or YouTube accessible to patrons.

The view is incredible. Plus it has a luxury feel to it.

Our room had a persistent smell of bad plumbing. Also. The desk staff should all be uniformly equipped with a list of restaurants to go to. We found a restaurants rather sparse and not all attendance were completely knowledgeable. finally, there should be a handout of the different bus routes throughout the city so if one wants to get around by bus they can.

It was pristine, with staff cleaning constantly. It is obvious that the staff have great pride in the hotel. The breakfast was especially enjoyable, the waiter was very attentive the whole operation was run smoothly and efficiently, we loved the cappuccino coffees .

The parking was a problem, but we always managed to park.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely view from the balcony. Breakfast is fantastic, there is so much choice. All the staff are really friendly and are ready to assist if you needed anything.

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was great.
