Excellent, walkable location; very clean room; delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, pastries, fruits, yogurts, and espresso bar; front office staff was helpful when I needed to request earplugs and extra pillows as the bed only had one pillow.

My room was on the first floor and it was noisy – I could hear the cars from outside and an interior alarm down the hall that kept going off. They had earplugs at the front desk so using them the next two nights made a big difference. The smell of breakfast came in from under my door at 6:45am so I had to put a towel to block the scent from coming in. I could see how the glass bathroom door could be awkward for a couple staying together, but I was traveling alone so it was not an issue for me.

Great room, very modern hotel, great self serve continental breakfast from 7am to 10am and the staff is very friendly. This property is at the perfect location, easy access to the buses and to the city centre, close to shops such as Zara, H&M, Kiko Milano etc…The hotel also assists with calling for a taxi if necessary.

Everything was perfect! But if I really scrutinize, there’s no “full body” length mirror in the room, only the bathroom mirror

The breakfast, although nothing fancy, was really ok - although more vegetables or salads could be given. The location is very convenient - close to the city center. There are also supermarkets nearby and a lot of public transport possibilities just 2 min walk The room was very clean and neat - I liked this a lot. The furniture were also modern and not damaged. The staff was helpful and communicative. Beds were comofrtable All in all I really enjoyed my stay

The rooms are small - although I have noticed it is a common thing in Ancona center. The breakfast could have more vegetables/salads The room was quite cold (I was in January) - the time from setting AC to higher temperature and actually getting higher temperature was really long - like few hours of waiting. Not sure why. Also it is quite noisy - there is a busy street outside and the windows are not good at blocking the noise. The check-out time of 10:30 is a bit early - I would prefer at around 12:00 especially since the check-in is at 15L00 so 3 hours should be enough.

Nice rooms, with everything you need. Personal is nice, very supportive and gave us great recommendations. Also enabled us late check out on request. Location is perfect to explore the city by foot.

It is not clearly described that they have only a few parking spaces available in their garage. We were lucky to found a parking space directly in the front of the hotel.

Our room was good sized with a modern en suite and double glazed with the ability to open the window if desired. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were excellent. The hotel is in close proximity to historical attractions and eateries of all descriptions. We would stay there again.

It took a while for the air con split system in our room to adjust to our preferred temperature but, other than that, was fine.

I absolutely loved it! Great breakfast! Besides 4 different pies and pastries there is plenty of healthy things to eat, like eggs, fruits, nuts, veggies etc, lovely! Also very sweet staff,- both front desk and breakfast! The rooms are clean and the shower is amazing! Cozy outside terrace! Perfect location! Everything is nearby! Loved it, thank you! I will come back for sure!

The staff at reception were so friendly and allowed us to use their lounge area after checking out as our ferry was delayed. Also stored our luggage and organised taxis for us. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant. We would recommend staying here.

it was a little strange having the shower cubicle open into the bedroom but not really a problem. Note the toilet/bidet area has glass sliding doors but they are not clear glass.

This hotel was really comfortable, rooms were spacious and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great with a variety of food. The location was near to central attractions like the Parco Cardeto.

The air conditioning system was a bit complicated to work and the shower temperature was difficult to control.

Decent choice for breakfast - both Italian and continental food; nice atmosphere; friendly stuff; very good location with convenient connection by bus to numerous places in the city

room was very compact so the bathroom - should be be larger. Poor noise isolation of the windows so every single car in the street is audiable in the morning

great location very central. very clean and comfortable. looked very new. had sky in the room. black out windows. good quality breakfast.

the shower was a bit temperamental was hard to get the temperature right. check out was very early and check in was very late which we was not helpful or fair.
