Very convenient and easy to get to from the train station (across the road). The staff member during my check-in just before midnight was extremely lovely. I picked this hotel because of the late check-in required and everything went very smoothly, with no issues at all. The room was exactly what I expected and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was also very nice and had a good variety of foods.

The only annoying thing was that the walls are quite thin, so I could hear the person in the room next to me opening the cupboard at 5am. But honestly, it was very forgivable considering how great everything else was.

The staff is amazing, the rooms are spotlessly clean and they service the room everyday, breakfast bar is good as well. This hotel is in a great location if you are staying overnight as a stop on a train, as its directly across from the station and the port is a taxi ride away. We were in town to explore and go to a antique market, the market showed it was 200 meters away, it was actually in the city center, which is a 20 minute walk away with many areas with out usable sidewalks. If you are in Ancona to sightsee this hotel is a little remote, however it is a great value and very comfortable place to stay and the staff was great including the room attendants. Plus they sell parking passes for 3 euros a day that let you park in any blue striped parking areas in the city.

Early check out was not convenient because we stayed one night at your property after long journey from Switzerland for stop over on our way to Rotonda and reached around 5.30 in the evening for check-in, but next day check out was 10 am, it was very stressful to wake up early ,, couldn't rest as we expected,, because to have Early breakfast and ready for check out by 10am? Please consider regarding this @least 11am check out would be greatful 🙏 thanks highly appreciated,,best regards

Superb staff with efficient checkin. Very helpful and patient with explaining on where/what to see. We stayed in single rooms in the back of the building to avoid the road noise. Room is clean, breakfast is so-so. For an overnight stay to travel further from station or car-rental pickup at the station, this would be a good hotel to stay. Direct busses going to the centre and takes about 5-10min

The station neighbourhood is not so nice to walk around, especially in the evening. I thought it would be ok like on other improved Italian cities but unfortunately not in Ancona

The hotel felt safe and was attractive inside. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable and air conditioned. We were only in Ancona for two nights so the location near the station was great. Also you can get a bus into the city easily. The staff helped us with this.

It is quite far from the city - about 30 minute walk but you can’t have everything. We didn’t want to carry our bags too far as were there a short time.

There’s no sign of ‘do not disturb’ ‘please clean’ in our room. Maybe it was just us. The cleaning ladies were doing their job and knocked before, but it would be nice to implement it as they opened the door way too fast before I could answer

The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. They advised me on transportation options and parking and saved me lots of time in doing so. The breakfast was quite good; plenty of options. The location right across from the central station was perfect for me since I was traveling by train in Italy. Some reviewers say the area is bad, but, while it's not ShangriLa, I wasn't uncomfortable walking around.

A little map of the legitimate parking areas near the hotel would have been nice. I got a bit confusing as ti where to park

I was allowed to check in early, a great plus! The staff mostly spoke a bit of English, which was very helpful and they were also helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy - simple but everything you needed was there. The breakfast was okay.

The breakfast could have had a bit more fresh fruit, or other options (it was mostly a lot of different cakes).

So close to the station but amazingly quiet rooms (very, very good double glazed sound proof windows). Luggage storage, bus straight into the old town. A couple of terrific good food value for money local food restaurants within 40 seconds walk. We went to Alberho Gino and had really tasty cooked very fresh fried mixed fish. 1/2 litre white wine 4 euros.

Brekfast was good, nice selection. Location was good because it's near the train station and we could travel to the places near Ancona easily. Towels changed and room cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis.

Sometimes hot water was out and we couldn't get a shower after midnight.
