Amazing location with incredible views. Large room with high ceilings and balcony. The balcony bar had amazing views and wonderful friendly staff. The breakfast had a good selection of different dishes to choose from.

The bed was very hard. Ensuite smelt of sewage. Pool area dated and pavers uneven in areas, also pool shower has slippery tile area so be warned! Wifi weak around the pool. No iron or ironing board in room and reception also when asked simply said ‘no’ not really very helpful. At breakfast a lot of staff available. And we appreciated the lactose free cappuccino, however they seem only able to do one task, as the plates used remained there after serving the coffee. Seems it’s not that persons job to collect dirty plates. Not exactly efficient use of their time.

It was a mix of Things, from the location, the breathtaking views, the extremely attentive staff, the facilities, the amazing food and the OUT OF THE NORME feeling it transmitted was unique.

I think the rooms could do with a little update and touch up. The style is captivating and congrats t with the vibe and location but there is space to improve without damaging the DNA.

Our hotel room had a sea view and at 5am we were able to see the most stunning sunrise with colours of peach and gold in the sky. Dinner at the hotel was typical of Marchigiana cuisine and exceptional with a lovely view of the sea. Breakfast the next morning was full of local products, varied and ample. Service by staff was excellent.

That I booked for only one night instead of the whole week-end! I would have liked to further explore the hotel’s spa facilities and use the hotel’s shuttle service to spend a day at San Michele beach at nearby Sirolo.

We absolutely loved the hotel! The location is great, you have a fantastic view. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. They gave us a better room than booked, because it was off season, which was great! The sauna has a spectacular view, I loved it. We would love to come back!

Beautiful property with incredible views, really friendly staff, big clean pool with lots of loungers, great breakfast as well as delicious restaurant serving dinner. Exceptionally good value for money.

Lack of any gym equipment, aircon was old / ineffective

An amazing place (a former monastery) in the heart of the Conero natural park. The place has been very sentitively refurbished in a modern modern manner. We had a beautiful view from the window and from the balcony. Excellent breakfast with delicious coffee. A restaurant with great a la carte menu. A shuttle that takes you conveniently to (and back from) the beautiful beaches of Sirolo.

We loved everything about this accommodation and the views were spectacular. I especially loved that it had a swimming pool (which I used) and the outdoor area was absolutely gorgeous. It was a very windy road to reach the accommodation but was well worth it once we arrived. We loved all the special, eclectic items in and around the hotel and we took many photos while staying here.

A beautiful old building on top of Mount Conero, this hotel is all about the location in the ambience. The staff were very helpful and overall it's a very pleasant stay here. The walks from the hotel are fabulous, as other views.

the view and the place are outstanding. very close to my favorite beach in numana, great variety of places to go out in numana and sirolo. the park, the church, the pool, the panorama bar - everything is beautiful

the only thing missing is the possibility to make tea / coffee at the room.
