The room was very well furnished, simple and modern, shabby chic and with a quite big bathroom Exceptional breakfast with a variety of fresh fruit, home made biscuits and bakery, salt and sugar variety. Exceptional! Pool quite calm and clean, good opportunity to spend few hours of relax not going to the sea/beach

The SPA was not included in the price of the stay The Beach (Umbrella and beds) not included in the price of the stay but 50Euro per day on top are requested in case. The others Lidi in Portonovo Bay were approximately around 35/40 Euro per day, so much cheaper than the price negotiated for the guests of the Hotel

Nice hotel close to the beaches, we went in November so most places quiet or closed but still nice Some very hard working staff at hotel, breakfast staff were lovely, reception and cleaning staff so well done 💪🏻helpful reception, didn’t eat in restaurant on night but breakfasts were very good Room was very nice, good size and cleaned every day Small gym but decent equipment Thanks to the tall chap on bar for making us a toastie after a long drive when the restaurant was closed Top man 👍🏻

Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and only a three minute walk to a lovely beach with around three or four beach clubs and a free beach area. Then a nine minute walk to an adjacent beach where there were several beach clubs with restaurants where you could eat in the evening, if you fancied a change one night. However the hotel restaurant was lovely.

Nothing we didn’t like. The hotel couldn’t have done more for you and the rooms were great and very comfortable.

Overall great stay. Helpful and kind staff, great location close to many restaurants and the main beaches. Awesome breakfast with a huge variety of food. Clean room. Many services like the pool. the spa. massages. yoga and parking in an area that is a nightmare to find a spot during the summer time.

A real treat of a location surrounded by trees and birds andless than a 5 min walk to beach. Super friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in a suite with a huge balcony. Lovely pool also.

It's petty buy I also mentioned to the manager that effective grounds person with the leaf blower could maybe avoid working around the breakfast time. Hahah

We stayed in a double room and was beautiful, with clean and cozy style and very comfortable. The bathroom has a very good size and is very beautiful. The pool and sunbathing area is great. The pool bar is very good. Breakfast is the best I ever had. Many and delicious options. Big parking area. Very close to the beach.

We expected much more from the restaurant. The dishes we chose were very far from the restaurant level - and price. They always have events at the hotel on weekends, so if you want to relax and sleep well, better check first. We couldn't sleep one night untill it was over and that was about 03:00 am.

Gorgeously tucked away in a fantastic location. Super friendly staff. Lovely, calming decor indoors and outside. Fab breakfast!

You can hear everything from the other rooms - showers running to toilets flushing which in the middle of the night isn’t what you want to be woken up too! Despite that we would love to return.

The Seebay was the loveliest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was stylish, attractive, and close to a beautiful beach. The staff presented themselves with professional manner. Our meals were excellent. We will stay again next time we travel south to our house in Puglia.

I wish the hotel had more art on the walls.

Very nice location in the park. 2 public beaches are available: (1) about 300 meters from the hotel, (2) about 1 000 meters from the hotel. During the high season ( vide: august) prior reservation of beach beds and umbrella is a must. Price 30 EUR per day. Very competent and polite staff.

this was a stopover hotel for us on the long drive from Greece back to the UK. driving and arriving at the end of the day and tired, this hotel fired me up with its location near the pebbly beaches around Ancona, as well as a delightful pool. But it is the facilities that are superb. Outstanding restaurant, brilliant dinner (probably the best of our long holiday) and an amazing breakfast that will stay forever in the memory

It is an up market establishment with everyone trying really hard to make a good impression. Occasionally this came over as lack of warmth, which has the effect of placing you on guard not to make a fool of yourself. Not a good feeling.
