Great location. Very quiet, only a couple rooms for rent; antifacts and family history photos showing in the home. Lovely and gracious family. Great breakfast served on an outdoor patio. Bikes available. Great value in a very nice tourist town. Highly recommended!

Friendly hosts, large rooms with tollershuttet blinds. Comfortable beds. Large bath sheets.ideal location to the beach and restaurants.

The property is extremely clean. The hosts are very friendly. It’s a perfect place to stay with a baby or young child as the crib is comfortable and safe. The air conditioning and air purification system is excellent. You can hand wash clothes and dry them on a clothes rack in the same room. The bathroom is huge and perfect. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house with access to many nearby towns worth visiting.

It is quite noisy outside due to the location next to a busy road. Inside, you cannot hear the road.

Very nice family owned B&B. The hosts are extremely nice. Every morning they serve delicious Italian style breakfast and ask you how is your stay. Comfortable room with AC and a large balcony. Close to the town centre, restaurants and the beach. The only disadvantage is the noise coming from the straffic.

The Breakfast was nice, and served by the friendliest host. In the kitchen, Americans may have an issue with this because it's harder to find.

Sandra was very friendly and breakfast was the best I head in Italy in many years (apart from café and cornetto)

Just little far from the sea

The room is very good. Mind you: you are in a private house, but with your own access. Though the house is near a road, it was quiet for sleeping and in a strategic position between Recanati, Loreto and the costal towns leading up to the Conero.The mellow owners treated me to a tasty flexi breakfast. It s definitely a place I'd go back to. Thank You

Room very comfortable. In walking distance to the sea. Wonderful breakfast with everything one would need to start your day. Very helpful hostess with directions and any information needed.
