Attentive and responsive family run hotel. It's slightly out of town, but only a 5 minute bike ride from the center. Free bikes that are in good condition. Thoughtful amenities, even a drying rack for bathing suits. Very pleasant beach club/lattini setup across the street. Nice sitting area outside the hotel, with a very sweet pussy cat who might deign to let you pet her.

The rooms could use a freshening up, but everything there is clean and working properly.

Breakfast not too good, but problem is Covid and restrictions.

The restaurant is fine and the hotel is kind of seaview

There are far too many stairs, especially for the elders. The room was not as expected and the bed not comfortable

Parking is street parking mainly (few places on the property itself, but parking is for free (when place available) You will be hard pressed to find more friendly and helpful staff/owners! They do understand the meaning of hospitality! 100%

Sadly the bathroom smelled like an open sewer in Bangladesh! Opening the window seemed to make it worse and it could be smelled in the bedroom.

The location. It is right in front of the beach. The room was acceptable and the airconditioning worked well.

the walls are too thin/no sound insulation. We were woken in the middle of the night by a baby crying, motorsounds outside (with the windows closed) at 6 a.m. and people talking in the hallway around 8 a.m. The dining area has the room accoustic of a school cafeteria and they make hotelguests pay for a spot on the private beach of the hotel which doesn't feel welcoming.

I arived pregnat from my flight late in the night i pay a lot of money for a hotel with stars and i find a derty room bedshits and an angry receptionist i tell to her the situation she look me with a bad face and she put me in other room biger but again derty ..!!! the breakfast teribel for 20€ per person the cleaners was only for morning voices just to wake up you

As I arrived, a member of the staff before checking in told me rudely to wear the mask even though in Italy there is no mask duty any more. Air conditioning was broken, when I called the staff they were absent so I slept without air conditioning and a recurrent noise due to the light bulb I believe. It was hot, unpleasant, I complained and the lady at at the reception shook her shoulders. Result: I did no sleep, strong headache and on top of that a mediocre breakfast. The state of the premises is awful, I would never recommend such a place for holiday or business
