The hosts were awesome, responded quickly to messages and were helpful with requests. The place was very clean and is well taken care of. My family members thought the beds were very comfortable. Location is really good, close to many restaurants and shops and convenient to many bus routes. There is a small square practically next door that had live music or football each evening ... with food and beer vendors on site.

The music in the gym downstairs started a little too early .... that won't be a problem if you get up at a reasonable time ..... we tended to stay up too late and sleep to long in the morning. So that could be on us.

Spacious, modern rooms. Windows large and can use shutters to block light with nice light curtains if you want the light. Lovely and wide to open. Everything is spotless and cleaned each day. Toiletries and everything you need. Breakfast items with tea and espresso machine. Microwave. (Only thing i could sughesy is a toaster for the bread but not a big issue at all) They have a britta water filter on the tap for pure drinking water if that's your thing. Very nice touch. Lots of tourist brochures and info like tour guide maps on the bookshelf. Air con, nice clean bathrooms, comfy beds and pillows (only suggestion would be different selection of pillows I.e. hard/soft pillows for different preferences - which in fairness we didn't need to ask as we were comfy) everything cleaned each day. Shared Breakfast area and couch, lovely decorations. The family owned B&B is perfect for location, bus stop just round the corner. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Short walk from attractions. The young lady and her mother run the place. They're welcoming, friendly and helpful in anything you may need. Great for advice when visiting Ancona, they use WhatsApp which was very helpful when we needed something but were out. They let us store our bags there as we arrived in Ancona early and again when we had to wait for our train when leaving so we could go out for a bit. Price was great value for money and its what made us choose this place as it didn't compromise on facilities. Now after being there I can say its fantastic value. The cleanest place I have ever stayed. Well designed, super comfortable furniture. Really appreciated the time the owner spent showing us on a paper map where to visit and how to get there by public transport. Room was very spacious and the bathroom was large and super clean. It was cleaned daily and fresh towels every day.

Breakfast food, a few fresh items, everything was in plastic. The actual shared kitchen was very well stocked and the coffee machine was good. For Australians a toaster for the bread would have been great.

Clean room in a safe environment. Lydia was helpful with suggestions for things to do in Ancona. Breakfast is included in the price; certainly adequate to start the day. Close to transport at Piazza Roma and very near a supermarket.

The property is above a gym which played very loud "doof doof" music from 8am to 10pm. This was a bit annoying, as could clearly hear it. Might be a suggestion for Angela (daughter) to go down and ask the manager to turn down a couple of notches, as I had to wear earplugs to get to sleep when had an early night.

The accommodation was far superior to what we were expecting! The room was spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need to make a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We were shown a fridge in the lounge area where there was yoghurt, pastries, fruit, juice and milk along with a selection of cereals. There was a coffee machine which was such a treat!

It was an amazing stay.... Angela very respectful and thoughtful, she stayed up till midnight to receive me. The apartment is really decent for such a price. Breakfast with good coffee... I slept like a baby because the bed was very comfortable and the environment was quiet.

Great location. Staff very nice and accommodating with check in / out times! Perfect for a short stay in Ancona. Breakfast is self serve which is nice for flexibility.

Gym below creates some noise during the day but quiets down at a relatively reasonable hour.

Excellent breakfast and extremely helpful hostess. On street parking nearby at a low cost with a resident permit. You just need to find your own spot. Spotless accommodation and kitchen.

Even though you have a private bathroom, it’s across the hall which is a little inconvenient even if it is large and very clean.

Very close to the bus stop and exceptionally close to the train station. Quiet rooms and welcoming staff and they speak English and Italian.

The only downside is that there's many night clubs near the hotel and it maybe difficult for you to get sleep at certain days of the week.

A really good staff, the lady was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, because you can choose what to eat. Great location, near the city centre.
