Everything. The room was spacious. The facilities perfect. Everything we needed we had it in the room. The breakfast was perfect. The staff very nice ESPECIALLY IN THE BREAKFAST THE GIRL CALLED GARDAKKA FROM SERBIA WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AND VERY POLITE. WHATEVER WE ASKED WE HAD IT IMMEDIATELY. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS PERFECT ALSO. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!!!! NOTHING ELSE IS NEEDED TO HAVE A PLEASANT STAY.

Everything was great.

Excellent hotel. Large spotlessly clean room, ours had a balcony overlooking the lake. Free bike hire and car park. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Pinocchio restaurant overlooks the lake where you can sit outside, weather permitting. The Spa is very relaxing with sauna, steam room, ice shower, pool and reclining sun loungers...robe, flip flops and towel provided. The staff were pleasant, attentive and very helpful. Short walk to the ferry for a trip on the lake. About an hour into Bergamo on the bus. I always stay here when in Lovere. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely nothing.

Breakfast - this was amazing with a glorious view. There was a huge choice and it was very good quality. Delicious coffee too. We also ate dinner one night - and it was a lovely meal, very good value and with that same amazing view

This is not the hotel's fault but the view was slightly marred by the derelict property over the road.

View over the lake ( certain rooms only!), excellent restaurant ( the best food on our entire trip), good undercover parking,

We booked a triple room but receptionist staff allocated us a double room! They gave our triple room to another family! After I complained about the inappropriateness of this, the manager upgraded us to an excellent room overlooking the lake ( with complimentary Prosecco!). We won out here, but only after I insisted we be compensated.

Really enjoyed the location. Lovely walk along the lake into the centre of town and close to ferry stop of Costa Volpino. Staff were very helpful especially Claudia and Davide at reception. Breakfast was perfectly fine and had a good choice and a beautiful view of the lake

The air con in the room could have been better, due to it being the hottest time of the year.

We stayed in the spa suite and it was great, hot tub was great and steam room. The property is abit dated in areas but put aside it’s a really lovely room with amazing facilities. I don’t think I could have booked a room with a private steam room and hot tub for any cheaper!

Furniture and decor quite dated.

Clean & comfortable in a great location to explore Lake Iseo & the surrounding area. A lovely restaurant with fabulous staff and very reasonably priced. Food and wine were excellent!

There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom but once reported it was resolved very quickly.

Nice Hotel ideal for 1 or 2 nights, lovely spa facilities although limited to how many people are allowed in so best to book in advance. You definitely need to book treatments in advance. Normal varied choice for breakfast which covers most basis. Staff very helpful & there is under ground parking available.

Looks a little tired from the hallways and communal areas but great rooms and great breakfast , nice information given from the receptionist with short curly hair .

A little bit further from the main town than I'd have liked but only a ten minute stroll along the front

Some of the waiting staff were very friendly and enjoyed speaking English. Others were less so. Nice room with view over the lake ( although the dilapidated building on the front to the left was a bit of an eye-sore). Good choice of food from A La Carte menu at dinner. The Restaurant Dining Terrace was very nice. Short walk along the lake front into the town. Free parking was a bonus.

The fact that there was no bar or general area where guests could meet for a drink, either during the day, before dinner or after dinner. The Reception desk was very high and not very user friendly. The Reception staff were a little reserved and lacking in any warmth.
