Lovely, quiet hostel in the edges of Lovere opposite the harbour. The views from the room were spectacular. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, with helpful information and able to pack a breakfast for us when we had an early departure. The rooms are clean with soap/shampoo in the bathroom. The breakfast was lovely and there was also a mini kitchen if you want to prep your own food. I borrowed a hairdryer from reception, which was an excellent. Staff recommended places to eat - we went to Flour which was great with super service - the waitress went through the whole menu with us patiently and the food was delicious. Lovere is an interesting town with a lot of medieval history, it’s worth a wander.

If the price were a bit lower, I would have rated it exceptional. The location is beautiful—the hostel faces the lake and mountains, just a few meters away from two large supermarkets, restaurants, gelaterias, and the charming city center. If you have a car, it’s a strategic starting point for exploring around the lake. The staff are all very friendly to clients. Self-check-in and check-out are super easy. The rooms are exactly as described and shown in the photos. Wifi is excellent. Cleanliness is impeccable everywhere. Breakfast matches what’s depicted in the photos. There’s a kitchen available for clients, complete with a big fridge, kettle, microwave, and utensils. We’d like to express our gratitude to the management and staff—we truly enjoyed our stay there.

We loved everything.

Rooms very clean. Tasty breakfasts. Large selection, sweet and savory. For breakfast, coffee from a regular coffee machine. Friendly and helpful service. The amenities include the so-called "smart kitchen" - a fridge, microwave, kettle and capsule coffee machine. From the window there is a view of the port and the lake.

Unfortunately, there was renovation work next to hostel during we stays and in the morning the construction workers woke us up. But it's temporary.

We stayed in a double room which had a great floor to ceiling view of the lake. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable. WiFi worked well. Good buffet breakfast with nice coffee. It was handy being able to use the shared kitchen & fridge. Free tea & instant coffee were provided. Price paid for this location & facilities was great value.

There is a road construction project in progress directly opposite the property. This spoils the view a little. But I would definitely return if I were in the area.

Location was perfect. I had a private en-suite room on the top floor with wonderful views of the marina. Breakfast had a nice selection of cereals, fruit, eggs ham and cheese, yogurt and bread and croissants and a very modern coffee machine. Staff were very helpful. Michele helped me with hiring an electric bike and with information on ferries over to the island as it was the end of the season and some services and already finished.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff were amazing, helpful in every respect. In particular Valentina collected an amazon delivery on our behalf. We really appreciated this. Will visit again.

Nothing to complain about the lodging. There happened to be road works directly underneath. But this had NOTHING TO DO with the property. Because of this we frequently had to add around 15 mins more ' per fare il giro', as the Italians say it, to reach the property. But by the time i am writing this, the roadworks will probably be ready.

Wonderful mountain + lake view from the room! Excellent communication ahead of time for the construction work around the hotel. Does not affect the view at all. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Because of the narrow street and temporary construction, there is no parking onsite. The hotel has a deal with a nearby covered parking lot for 1 Euro/night (cash only). It is still a 5+ mins walk to/from a hotel, so beware if you're arriving by car with lots of luggages. Fan/AC in the room was also slightly too loud

The location is very good, with an amazing view on the lake and the port, and the staff is very nice. The breakfast is a real plus, with lots of options!

There is no real kitchen (just a fridge and a microwave) and no washing machine, so the amenities could be improved.

Nice place to stay. Small hostel with all equipment you need. The rooms were clean a cold thanks to a good AC (it was really hot outside during our stay). The staff was really friendly and helpful. There was a shared fridge in common areas, some dishes and also a nice terrace. The breakfast was also great with lot of things you could choose from.

The cleanliness of the place was remarkable, and the comfortable bed made my stay even more enjoyable. The room I stayed in had a fantastic view of the lake, adding a touch of serenity to the overall experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is the common kitchen. It provided the convenience of preparing my own tea or coffee, and the option to store my own food in the refrigerator was a thoughtful touch.
