This hotel exceeded my expectations. There was a private elevator from our garage parking place up to our bedroom. This made moving in and out so convenient. The staff at this hotel were also warm and welcoming, and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel with my girlfriend. Very nice location close to many wine producers and to the lake. New hotel with beautiful rooms, nice staff (they helped to find locations for drink and eat, took reservations and suggested us) and good breakfast. Everything was clean and stylish.

Hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and supportive. Marco, Grace, and others did very well and made my stay very comfortable and interesting.

It would be better if hotel management offers transportation service to the nearby mall and supermarket service.

The rooms were as expected, and it was clean and confortable. The breakfast was great specially for Italy. They added eggs, cheese, ham and other things that Italians usually don't have for breakfast.

Although I had already read the reviews, it's still quite an odd experience to stay in a "love motel". As mentioned the rooms are clean and nice enough, but it's just quite strange to park below your room and go directly into the room like if you were taking your mistress. You can even pull a screen to hide your car. However when you go out for breakfast, you see the hotel is full of families, older couples, tourist so it's not at all the case. However it's still a strange experience. I recommend it if you know where you are getting into.

Everything was very good.The staff was helpful. The room was clean and coold. Breakfast like all hotel's in Italy. Compared to other 4-star hotels in Italy, it is far superior in terms of quality and comfort.

At the shower some black spots on the corner 😌.

The crew is suuuper nice and helpfull. I enjoyed each of my stays. Looking forward for the next one. Use the restaurant/trattoria just across the street ( about 100 m) . It's excellent. And very good prices too.

Nice hotel and personal. I was happy to live there

Clean, comfortable and nicely locted hotel. Decent breakfast. Parking available in the garage that, despite being convenient, also had a bit odd vibe.

We were surprised about the garage access from the room (elevator in the room felt a bit awkward).

The property is well located, had nice facilities, was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

A minor issue was that sometimes the lift from the garage to room was getting stuck. It got resolved by itself so it was okay.

We were traveling all across north central Italy and this property was a real find. The private parking garage with single elevator access right to your room was such a bonus for weary travelers with a substantial amount of luggage. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We came to this area to tour the Franciacorta wine region and this location was spot-on. Will definitely plan to return.

The art on the walls is a bit provocative, but we found it completely acceptable. I don't think it is necessarily a family type hotel, but it fit our travel plans perfectly. The curtains had great light blocking capabilities allowing us to get a great night's sleep.
