We had a wonderful day there; both Manuela and Leila did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room and the modern bathroom had Charme what you would not expect from the outside. We had the possibility to make ourselves tea or espresso and relax on the separate terrace close to the kitchen area. Yes the stairs are steep but manageable. The garage was really good to have for the car. The restaurant and the bar beneath served food and drinks. The breakfast at the bar was possible already early in the morning (we felt like Italians:-)). The lake was close and we had one of the most wonderful views from our room. The windows when closed shut out most of the noise.; we slept pretty well. The bar below was no problem.

As close to the road there is noise to be expected.

Manuela is a perfect host, every day in BB, gave us many usefull references , conversation with her was a pleasure. The house in nice place, the lake and port over the way, very good breakfast in the restaurant in the first floor, the room perfect, inough place for clothing, beds super and the bathroom elegant , lounge to disposition with all the equipment and terrace with an breathtaking wiev on the lake

Absolutely marvellous location, the best for a peaceful natural holiday, incredible view on the lake and a very nice, clean, beautiful room. The whole town is incredible: so full of character and sightseeing natural jewels! The hostess - Manuela - was very hospitable and nice, helped us a lot to find sup board rental nearby and was very friendly and nice. I hope I will come back to this place, as it totally feels like paradise!

Wonderful hostess of the hotel! The room was cleaned every day perfectly. Wonderful view from the window to the lake. Excellent room and amenities. Very tasty breakfast. My husband and I are very pleased. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time. I recommend it.

Friendly staff, great communication, and beautiful view from the common terrace. Spacious room and excellent shower. Room and hotel tidiness and neatness give you a feeling of comfort. Even when there isn't a kettle/coffee/cup/glass in the room, you can get coffee, hot water, and glasses from reception.

Loud noises in the street started very early, but nothing the hotel can do about it.

A warm welcome, comfortable and clean room and great location. Nice restaurants nearby, a first floor patio and a common area with complimentary hot drinks. Great option for Castro and just a few minutes drive from a water sports centre.

Industrial site on next block - but not directly visible and no problem with noise. It would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities actually in the room. The breakfast voucher should really cover the cost of a typical breakfast - 5 Euros does not...

We were astonished about the lake view from the window and the terrace. I think it's the best view of lake Iseo. The host was super friendly, gave recommendations about the area. There was a common space with kitchen and fridge. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, so we had dinner and breakfast there. There is a ferry stop nearby.

Amazing experience. Very local, very friendly, comfy and early check in. We fixed our bikes at the terrace and enjoyed evening tea there. The breakfast menu was also fine within 7,5eur value included into the price.

Really Nice and modern appartement, very clean and lots off space . Staff are lovely, when you wake up, she will make coffee, loved it, we Will come back! Very helpfull with finding Nice restaurants and advice on visits locally 🙏🏻
