Everything was great

I only had a problem with their air conditioning, I think it’s been set up at only 22 degrees which isn’t chilled enough compared to how hot it is in bergamo. Also, it had a timer so it turned off from time to time. During my nights sleeping I was feeling hot just to realize the air conditioning had went off. Also, one reception guy wasn’t too nice to me, obviously I can’t speak neither understand Italian. When I paid for my stay, he gave me a receipt and I wanted him to just explain a few things on it but he looked mad and his tone changed.

Very clean room and easily accessible. Not in a busy area but still near to everything. We have stayed there 5 nights and had numerous trips to the lake and other nice places in the area.

As it was very close to my friend’s house, I chose this hotel to stay.

They forgot to charge two nights that I had stayed for, so I had to go back there to pay for one more night.

Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, parking place

We liked everthing. Only the coffee for breakfast didn't taste so good so we ordered one at the bar.

Staff were friendly. It was very clean. It was affordable and a decent sized room.

Breakfast was not included in the price and we had to wait a long time in the queue to check out.

Nice hotel with parking. Kind staff and nice breakfast. We really enjoy our stay. It also has coffee and tea at the room.

It would be great if they had a fridge at the room.

Very nice place, they had a great shower, the receptionist/waiter was really friendly. Nice and clean place, there wasn't even dust under the bee. Food was quite good

Everything was fantastic. We were traveling as a couple with the dog and stayed at the hotel for one night. Location wise the hotel is 7 min drive from the Franciacorta outlet village. The room is renovated, very clean. There's a big onsite parking. Also, we really enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast at the restaurant (even though they were not included in our booking). The food was really tasty. Breakfast is a huge one with ham, cheese, yogurt, muesli, juice, brioche, and cappuccino.

Lovely clean and comfortable room, great dinner and lovely breakfast. Free parking at the front of the hotel. Friendly staff.
