Daniela the owner is a lovely , helpful lady who does a magnificent job running the B&B . Great spot opposite the lake . Close walk to ferry that takes you to Mont' Isola . Great room , nice comfortable bed, good shower and secure parking on the property behind a locked gate . Daniela also does a great breakfast which is a great way to start the day . Only draw back is train runs right behind the property . You only hear it between 5.30am and 10.30pm and it isn't loud at all ...didn't disturb our sleep . Would definitely stay again if around Lago D'Iseo . Make sure you see Baia del Bogn if visiting . Awesome .

A very lovely place, perfectly located close to the river and just a short walk from the ferry to Monte Isola. The view from the property is fantastic. Parking is available inside the villa, making it a safe option for those traveling by car or motorbike. The hostess is incredibly sweet and helpful, and the breakfast is amazing, featuring delicious local products. Highly recommended for a relaxing and authentic stay!!

It was great accommodation Bn B. Very close to train station and lake and restaurants. All easy walking distance. Absolutely amazing breakfast - best ever. The host is very helpful and takes pride in cleanliness. Very highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Excellent breakfast and very friendly, helpful and kind owners. We have had a warm welcome, the owners communicate in italian and english. Everything was very clean with daily room service. And it's a good location to explore the Iseo lake by car, bike or with one of the ferries.

I chose this villa because of the reviews and I'm happy that I did. Honestly, it looks so much better in reality than it does in photos! Location is great, beautiful view, close to the beach. Great breakfast. The host is very friendly. I loved the perfect cleanliness.

The location is marked wrong on Google. Just go to the nearby Esso gas station, the sign will then navigate you to the villa, that is basically behind the gas station. You're welcome :D

Very spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, Close to the lake, friendly hostess and very good breakfast

The gas station in front of the building is OK, however the car wash during all hours of the day is very noisy and not a nice ambience when you sit outside. The dog of the property is barking a lot.

A lovely place to stay, a 2-minute walk from the lake. Close (short drive) to many attractions located around the lake. The breakfast is fresh and satisfying There is private parking, the garden and yard are clean and well maintained.

Daniela was such a warm and welcoming host - she couldn't have done enough for us. And the breakfast was exceptional - delicious home-made specialities prepared by Daniela each day. The setting of the property is perfect for exploring Lake Iseo and getting across to Monte Isola. Would highly recommend a stay here - thank you Daniela!

The place is wonderful. Like it a lot. Sparkly clean, comfortable, the host Daniela is super pleasant person, very friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful view on the lake from the terrace.

It take us a bit challenge to find the place. There is a problem with Google maps mapping the place. Naturally it is not number 21 but 21a, may be this is a problem. We asked in the hotel nearby and they explain us exactly. You should look for the small side road near the gas station. There ia a sign there. Overall the place is good located.

Great location as close to the lake, restaurants and cafes and the train station. Excellent breakfast with freshly cooked cakes and pastries. Our room was serviced every day.

Minor issue was that the bed was a bit creaky but I think that is fairly common in Italy.
