The staff was very very kind and attentive, we quickly built a good relation genuinely. The room was spacious, had a balcony as well. The location is OK, it's not too far from the train station, and it is very close to the center and to the lake as well. From the balcony I could actually see the lake and Monte Isola as well, even if it was on the 1st floor. The breakfast was nice, and the catering ladies are really lovely and welcoming. The room has a nice desk and enough space to have the bags available, and I liked the lamps as well, it was cozy. The bed and the pillow was comfy as well.

The water at the shower was not too hot, and took time to have it warmed up. I could hear the other rooms as well, or when someone did something in the bathroom.

Great location, 400m from village center, free underground parking which was great! Room is spacious, clean and nice wc/bathroom, would benefit from larger panel for toiletry bag. Comfortable bed, friendly staff (not all speak english). Good value for money.

breakfast was as expected, one thing they should do is put yogurt on cold/ice to keep it fresh/creamy rather than liquid.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! For a so called ‘budget’ hotel I was impressed. The place was exceptionally clean. The rooms are large, with spacious bathrooms and high ceilings. Black out curtains to get a good sleep. The corridors and communal areas are also spacious. The bed was very comfy, and the air con worked well. Awesome to have a fridge in a hotel! The staff, although they have very limited English, are extremely polite, friendly and attentive, from the reception staff, to the breakfast staff, and the cleaners. The room was cleaned every day with new towels and linen. I was actually given a free upgrade to a room with a terrace and a lake view! There’s a large communal area with sofas and a tv - didn’t seem to get much use but it was a nice option, and places to sit outside. Property is in an excellent location, just 15 min walk to the centre, although there are good restaurants on the way (would recommend Lido dei Platani - I had an excellent good value meal here with an amazing view and wish I’d gone there before my last night!) There is a supermarket approx 7 minutes walk away with a self service laundrette based there as well.

Breakfast was okay, edible but not amazing, more options for bread would have been good, and warmed up croissants, but it was fine given it was so convenient.

This hotel was a real surprise. Easy parking free on site, lovely room and great breakfast. Easy walk to the lake well recommended

Our room backed on to the railway so there was some noise from time to time but it didn’t spoil our stay

Location and room views was excellant, room was very comfortable, clean and fresh facilities daily. The staff were always available and friendly. Although the breakfast was very good if you werent down early enough there was no fresh bread cut.

Would have liked some kind of bar and bar food so you could eat at Hotel, this would have added to the excellent service and hotel location.

Location is perfect, few seconds to the promenade and playground and bars and tourist shop. Superb location. Parking at the hotel. Breakfast was great cereal, yoghursts, bread, cheeses, bacon eggs, crosissants and pastries. Everything was great. Very quiet and superb view

Nice hotel. It's easy to find it, it has free parking and an underground garage. Clean and comfortable. The location is close to the city center and the lake (a few minutes walk). People who work in hotel are nice and know good enough english.

Slight issue with back of hotel being next to an active railway, which meant some noise at early hours of the morning. Not hugely intrusive though.

I chose this hotel and Iseo as convenient for Bergamo airport in the morning. I thought the idea of an hotel near the lake would be nice. In actual fact the location was wonderful and feel Iseo as a town is probably overlooked. The hotel was actually really comfortable with very freindly and helpful staff. Well apointed rooms with a lovely balcony view of the lake about 200m away. The hotel has a very nice breakfast and for the evening there are an abundance of really lovely looking restaurants either on the lake shore or in the town. I also managed to leave a couple of things unfortunately in my room bu an email exchange later the hotel are sending the items by DHL to me. The International Hotel and Iseo I feel are hidden treasures which will definitely be on my return list for future trips in and out of Bergamo.

I have absolutely no adverse comments to make either about the International Hotel or the entire overnight stay in Iseo.
