The pools were lovely . The views stunning. Hotel smelled amazing. Breakfast adequate - had better on our travels in less starred accommodation. Everything you’d want in a room was there.

Too far from any decent restaurants and town - we got a train into Iseo town and walked back each evening( lovely ice cream parlour on route ! ) Restaurant not suitable for vegetarians - ‘I’ll ask the kitchen if they’ll make you an omelette’ and Tuesdays is obviously chefs day off as pizza night is not a pizza !! Paid parking is expensive. Balcony very small. Breakfast would run out of things .

A gem of a hotel. Ize retaurant was delicious, the setting for the infinity pool is incredible as you could really spend all day there, and some of the staff were very very nice to us. We were here for two days to work remotely and the services were perfect for this.

The food in the hotel restaurant is okay but could be better. Just a regular pasta dish or pizza would be nice to have on the menu, current menu is a bit special/complex and I think some simple, tasty Italian favorites would be better. Some variety in the dinner and lunch menu would be nice as there are not many other options in walking distance of the hotel. At least Ize restaurant is next door which is a great option

The hotel is very beautiful and looks super neat. The hotel looks really worth 4 stars, borderline 5 stars. The lounge bar/room for breakfast is very beautiful. The staff offered us a small bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding and honeymoon, that was super kind and we appreciated a lot. The bad weather did not allow us to try the swimming pools but they looked fantastic

The cleaning service seemed more like a 3 star. Rooms were a bit slow to be made, and our window was hard to close, it seemed a little bit broken. Also there were 2 flies in the room when we first discovered it.

The location of this hotel is stunning, sitting right on the water's edge at Lake Iseo, a beautiful narrow lake surrounded by impressive mountains. The very best part of the hotel is the wonderful chef at the new Ize Restaurant where we dined superbly on a terrace literally overhanging the water, with stunning views. The exquisite vegetarian menu was without doubt the best we had on our subsequent three week trip to a range of very nice hotels and restaurants.

The rooms are a little old-fashioned but clean and well-appointed.

Great location right on the lake lovely pool area and easy to find. Lovely room and very clean and tidy, staff were very informative and helpful on arrival and when we had questions. Lots of food at breakfast and good selection for dinner

The only criticism I’d have is the food at the restaurant was quite expensive (but probably average for this area) and during our meal they brought us water for the table and a small basket of bread which we didn’t ask for and then charged us for it which was a bit cheeky and annoying to be honest.

The view from the room is stunning, from the bed you see the lake and the beautiful mountains. It is not a hip place but nothing is for free and that level of quality costs. Have I mentioned the infinity pool which it not warmed, and the stairs to the lake - I am sure that in summer this is a great place to be.

The restaurant is exclusive however the dishes are relatively small.

the location was great, the breakfast was good, evening meal menu was super. theh Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning in the bedroom didn't work so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The music in the pool area was too loud and "modern.... thump.. thump thump..... and it competed with the music in the dining room.

Everything: the exceptional view, the delicious food, the friendly and helpful people, the comfy rooms (get a lake view) - there wasn't anything not to like. Pilzone is a quiet area, but Iseo is a 25 min walk away (more restaurants, bars and the ferry), and there is a fantastic big bench hike (google it if you are a hiker) just behind the hotel and plenty of hiking options, so for us, the location was perfect.

An extra veggie option here and there would be great - but we liked everything!

The balcony room looking over the lake was a pleasure All the staff were very attentive and friendly offering excellent service We enjoyed the breakfasts, lunch and dinners, appreciating a recommended local sparkling white wine - basically quite good 'champagne'.

The breakfast food was excellent with the sole exception of the coffee which I felt should have been better. We got caught out by a train strike on a Sunday - is this an Italian thing - I don't think the British strike on Sundays?

Perfect position on Lake Iseo. The best Hotel we have stayed in on the Lakes. The restaurant was first class and the restaurant manager Fay was so professional and his knowledge of the wines was very impressive. The reception staff were so accomodating and organised tours to the Bellini Nautical Riva Collection. A highlight for my husband. Having the bikes was a bonus we rode all the way to Sarnico

The Restaurant and breakfast were 5stars. Great pool deck and bar area. The furnishings and decor very cool.
