Wonderful, family-run place. We went for a lake view room, which was well worth it - the view is absolutely stunning. We ate at the restaurant they run downstairs the night we arrived and the meal was amazing, I had the pernice for main which was the standout in my mind. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've stayed in, without a doubt. We only booked this for a night to break up a long journey and with hindsight I really wish we had stayed here for longer. The area around it is beautiful and the place itself is clean, comfortable and so friendly. I would happily recommend Pernice 77 to anybody.

We felt very lucky to have booked such a beautiful place, with stunning panaromic views over lake Iseo. To make it even better the owners and people working there were really nice and welcoming, breakfast and dinner was amazing, room was spotless and very well finished including proper central heating system which kept room at the right temperature, comfy bed for a good sleep and electronic louvers so you can easily enjoy the view of the lake from bed. Room including bathroom are very spacious.

We liked everything about this place and we will visit again for sure.

The lake view from the hotel is amazing. The surroundings are quiet and great for a relaxed holiday atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean. The room we had was not with a lake view but had a big balcony looking at the parking lot and was still good. To note: the great view comes at a price as it is quite a steep walk up to get there. We were with just a backpack so it was fine. However, good to be prepared in case you have a lot of / heavy luggage.

Apart from one of the waiters, no one speaks English, so it can be hard to communicate if you need anything. Breakfast was rather limited in terms of options. We didn't try the restaurant due to mixed reviews online.

On top of a hill just outside Sulzano with incredible views of lake Iseo ,Mont Isola and the surrounding area.The Owners were very nice,Breakfast was really good a buffet style with local meats,cheeses,pastries,bread,fruit,yogurt,juices and coffee,there is something for everyone and the views from the dining room are incredible ,sitting on the terrace having an evening meal is amazing.We really enjoyed our evening meals here and once again the staff serving were really nice and fun.

spacious and clean room. from the balcony (although not on the lake side) you could see the lake and it would be nice to have a coffee. In Room We Have tea and caffe. family environment, in the evening there was a fire in the fireplace in the lobby.

the staff that welcomed us speaks only Italian, so it was more difficult to communicate. they offered us dinner in a restaurant, which we agreed to, but the menu is only in Italian. it was extremely difficult for us to translate all the dishes so that they could see what we were ordering because we came for dinner at 8:00 p.m., and they told us that the kitchen was open until 9:00 p.m. in a hurry, we ordered a dish with ingredients we don't eat 😕

We booked a lake view room and it was indeed a spectacular view from high above Sulzano across Lake Iseo and to the small Monte Isola island directly in front. The booking was worth it for the view alone, but also the room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed. Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional, very good menu and fine service from a waiter who knew his business. All rounded off with a continental breakfast with an ample choice and variety to suit most tastes.

The rooms were very spacious and great value for what we paid which included a wonderful breakfast. The owners and staff spoke little English but we managed with our terrible Italian. The view from the deck where we had breakfast and a couple of dinners was amazing.

The hotel is located up the hill so if you don't have a car it would be an arduous trek back to your accommodation.

Loved the location. Terrific views of the lake and island. Pool club across from the Locanda offered even better views and was not at all crowded (probably is during the summer months). Restaurant at the Locanda was good and had terrace seating with views of the lake.

Breakfast was adequate. My room on the side had a partial lake view. Would have been better to have been in the front rooms with full lake views. The two rooms on the back (mountain view) basically looked at the parking area and the house behind.

The room was big, around 28m2, and had the most stunning view of Lake Iseo we could have wished for. The hotel is operated by a lovely family, all of whom work very hard. The room was clean.

Because it is located high on a hill, the views over the lake are simply amazing. The walk down the hill of 1.2kms is okay, but if you don't have car it's a slow and demanding walk up to the hotel from the township of Sulzano. Great exercise though.

We loved our stay at this family run hotel/restaurant. Our room was spacious and stylish with fantastic views and recently upgraded to a high standard. Breakfast and dinner were excellent quality with amazing views of Lake Iseo.

Without a car it’s quite a long walk up from the village.
