The location was amazing and the views spectacular, even during a thunderstorm! The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The food and drink in the restaurant was good value. Elisa and her staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved having a reserved table, with the best view of the lake.

There was nothing that we ‘disliked’ but the WiFi was not great so this meant the tv streaming channels often didn’t work ( not a problem for us though) and the air con mostly only cooled the entrance- rather than the bedroom or small lounge. We had the Mountain View deluxe double room- if I came again I would pay better attention when booking and try for a lake view, as it really is an amazing view.

We LOVED this property ! It was located perfectly for the ferry to Monte Isola and for general walking and views. Elisa was a fantastic host from start to finish and the property was immaculate inside and just what we needed. The views of Lake Iseo from our room were beautiful! The wine and food was gorgeous and we were given the best spot as a guest at the restaurant for views over the lake! I would stay here again most definitely. Thankyou Elisa and your team.

The location was great, peacefull and very safe, with a guard before the neigbourhood. You have an amazing panoramic view of the lake, from the restaurant when you are eating your breakfest. You also have a secured parking garage, which is free of charge and does add a sence of relief, that you do not have to worry about parking or the safety of your car. The rooms were very large, clean and the bed was amazing, with a very premium mattress, so you do get a great nights sleep. You definetly get your moneys worth if not even more than what you paid for. The hosts are very kind and friendly to, which adds to the homie atmosphere, they even have a beautifull friendly and playfull dog, which defintely makes you smile when you enter the front yard! All in all I would definetly recommend it.

The TV was ok, but in my view a little bit small for being so far away from the bed, but it does have yt, netflix, etc. There was also no charging port, next to my bed, which could just be specific to my room. But as you can see this are very small things that change the rating from 10/10 to 9/10, but do not greatly efect the comfort of the stay.

Lovely location above the lake with easy parking. The host gave us a table for supper with the most amazing views. The dinner was very good and reasonably priced. We had a garden view room in the annex which was spacious.

It would have been helpful to have a room fan as the screen on the door was unusable and it was the only ventilation other than a window in the bathroom. The owner has a dog who was not well trained. If you have a fear of dogs or a child you may want to ask that the dog be kept away from the guest rooms.

The view from the restaurant is breathtaking. The staff is extremely nice, and the food at the restaurant is excellent. Free parking is available, which is very convenient as it's hard to get around without a car. Our room was clean and spacious, and the bed is very comfortable.

In our room, we could hear everything from the room next to us. We were lucky to have neighbors who were mostly quiet and I managed to sleep as I always bring earplugs with me, but I wouldn't want to stay in that room again (it was one of the rooms downstairs).

Beautifully situated hotel, has a shared terrace overlooking Lake Iseo, our room also had its own private terrace. Comfortable rooms. Very nice owners, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel has a restaurant, also with a great view of the lake. Pizza is excellent and I also recommend the sparkling house wine.

There are no refrigerators in the rooms and the WiFi is rather poor.

This place was amazing, an incredible gem in the middle of the Lakes district of Italy. Lake Iseo is lovely and the Vela di Soleville bed & breakfast is FANTASTIC! A beautiful property with gorgeous views and lovely accommodations!

Unique location upon the lake with a great view, relaxing terrace, calm. Comfy bed, bathroom with all needed, clean, secure parking, was provided with information of the aera and of the excursion, easy communication with the host

Please note that Monday is the day off of the Pizzeria, but the host offered me a takeaway, which I didn't took as I was visiting the island and had dinner there. Upon arrival in the night it was very dark, but my mobile gave me enough light to enter securely.

The location was spectacular. And the rooms were big and comfortable. My sister has several intolerances and they provided things she could eat. Breakfast was amazing. And the also have a restaurant downstairs and dinner is really good.

We booked late and received a fabulous apartment with a bedroom and a separate "salon" plus balcony with views over the lake. The evening restaurant and breakfast are also well recommended. The owners are always present and gave us a personal touch, especially as the wife likes to practice speaking English with native speakers.

We had NO criticisms.
