The location is fantastic – everything is within walking distance, and the area is full of lovely cafés, restaurants, and great gelato spots. The host is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast is quite satisfying and tasty by Italian standards. The room was very clean and well-organized. It’s perfect for a short stay(2-3 days), but the room size might not be ideal for longer visits. As a suggestion, a small fridge in the room would be a great addition, especially during the hot summer months.

While the shower is manageable, having just a glass partition for the toilet within the room felt uncomfortable and lacked privacy.

Ok, the location is amazing. Right in the center of town with a balcony in the common room, overlooking a beautiful piazza. The room was modern and comfy, loved the bed. In the bathroom there were loads of nice cosmetics, not just shower gel. The owner is super nice and makes her own cakes for breakfast! If you travel by car you can leave it at Autosilo1 which is a 3 min walk from the B&B and costs like 10 euro per day. Really recommend and would stay again!

Small things really. Door to the bathroom is weird so everyone watches you do your business. Breakfast could be bigger in variety. It would be great to have a balcony... IMPORTANT: You need to do online checkin on the day of arrival. Not an issue for me but f.e. my parents who don't have mobile data switched on, would have been very confused upon arrival. I wish we were informed about it earlier

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

The B & B is in a good location, there are several bars and restaurants in the direct vicinity. Communication with Veronica was quick and efficient. Il Cantuccio di Gioa is on the first floor and you can reach it by elevator. The bed was comfortable and the room was small but clean and tidy. There is a communal breakfast room with a refrigerator with some breakfast items. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony outside the breakfast room and watching the people on the square below.

The shower was very narrow, but there was also a bathtub with a hand shower. Breakfast was self-service, which in itself is no problem. However, we couldn't find any butter (there was a small container which was empty) and no cheese, but for those with a sweet tooth there was a nice display of cakes and pastries.

Great location and comfortable accomodation in historic center of Brescia surrounded by bars, restaurants, pasticceria; everything you need. Lovely hostess very responsive and helpful. Balcony and air conditioning for the extreme heat wave!

The automated checkin on the smartphone required that I have a smartphone and internet service; if you don't good luck getting in! Taking pictures of my passport on the street outside was not particularly convenient.

Perfect location in the heart of the old town, picturesque view from the balcony, nice dining room with the possibility to use the refrigerator or to make a cup of coffee whenever needed, versatile breakfast selection, large rooms and a very good bed.

New AC made weird noises sometimes (in the middle of the night), but it should work itself in soon, then it will stop. Good thing was it kept the room perfectly cool, while it was very hot outside, so it was ok really. Suggest taking air plugs with you, just in case.

The location was perfect, literally steps from the ‘must see’ places in Brescia, great restaurants and specialty shops. The accommodations were very clean and overlooked a charming square. It was extremely hot during our visit and the AC functioned exceptionally well. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had a variety of choices. Loved the chilled water tank - ideal to fill your water bottle before heading out to explore. Definetly our place to stay when returning to the city, especially given how accommodating and helpful our host was.

The breakfast could have been a bit more diversified! The neighbors/locals seemed a bit annoyed about the presence of tourists in the building. We had to wake up quite early in the morning as one of the neighbors was starting the day watching/listening loudly to the local news. Didn't mind that much, as it was in Italian and I love the language, but still!

Veronica is one of the hotel owners we're still lucky enough to meet in person. Very sympathetic and proposes copious breakfasts, I regret not to have had time to remain more to discuss, because I left early the days :) The room is nice and the location well situated in the city centre.

Great B&B close to all major points of interest in Brescia and a short 15 min walk from train station. I stayed in the Deluxe Room with Balcony, which was comfortable and had a good bathroom and very good shower (hard to find in Italy sometimes!). I was initially concerned about the road noise, being only one floor up from street level, but the balcony doors were double-glazed and it was very quiet at night. Really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was the self-serve type and was ample. The host, Veronica, was very friendly and accomodating.

Nothing. Although a bag rack may be a good future addition to consider?
