A delightful property in the historic centre of Brescia. Welcoming host. Breakfast (included) in cafe opposite which also has a nice menu for all day dining. Charming view from the room.

It would have been appreciated to have an additional softer pillow each. The room we were in was up a couple of flights of steep narrow stairs so something to take into account if you cannot manage that.

The host was very helpfull and easy to contact via whatsApp. She told us where we could park our car and gave us clear instructions on how to enter the room. The room itself was clean, cosy and had everything we needed.

We booked the room with breakfast included. Once we arrived at the spot to have our breakfast, they told us breakfast wasn't included and the breakfast tickets we had from the B&B were only worth 4 euros.

It’s located in the historic town. We drove but were given a short term permit to unload our bags in the restricted parking zone. The flat itself is very well decorated and equipped. The children loved staying in the attic area, which even comes with a trap door! Breakfast was served just across the road.

Nothing! But maybe best not to bring big and heavy luggage with you as there are many steps to the top floor flat.

Nestled down a typically Italian narrow street, this accommodation exceeded our expectations. The owners of the rooms were lovely and welcoming (they live nearby). The accommodation is a short walk from Metro stop (Trattoria) and many restaurants and bars are all within a short walk. Breakfast vouchers are provided and we used them in both the recommended cafes. It was lovely to sit and soak up the atmosphere, having breakfast and watching the world go by. Brescia is a hidden gem in our opinion.

Brescia is a charming town and worth a visit. The music festival is amazing with all types of music at every corner in the streets including right outside this guesthouse!!! The hosts were helpful and caring and booked us reservation at Al Fontanone, right around the corner. The best meal yet in Italy!! Lovely hosts and charming guesthouse, great for families.

Navigation from goggle maps sent us up to the castle, so beware and go into town instead up to the castle.

I loved the attic atmosphere and the view from the “French window” to the old town Brescia! The interior with some ‘antique furniture’ and wooden ceiling was unique. Special thanks to the host for great hospitality!

The shower thermostat was a little bit tricky to adjust. The stairs to the top floor were quite steep to climb…For me it wasn’t a problem, but should be something to consider for someone with any physical limits.

Great croissants and cappuccino!

Parking in the old city is difficult but obviously not the responsibility of owner of the accommodations. But it a reality that needs to be taken into account.

We loved our stay at B&B ai Musei! It's a charming place and it's in the perfect spot to explore historic Brescia. The room was spacious and comfortable and the host was very gracious. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic, bright, clean apartment with luxurious modern bathroom fittings and a super view of a Romanesque church, right by the Musei Santa Giulia, the Duomo, Roman forum and arcaded shopping areas. Very comfortable bed, great tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast at the cafe on the square opposite was great, freshly baked buttery croissant, cappuccino and water for a day‘s explorations. The landlady, Mariella, was really welcoming and great with communication.

Watch out for the beam next to the toilet so you don't hit your head!
